Woah, Dan! Good on ya! Anyone who kicks that passive/aggressive little twit AllahPundit in the hinder is very good by me. Well said!

This is going one of 2 ways - Allahpundit takes the mushroom stamp that Dan just bestowed upon his forehead, pours himself a glass of STFU, drinks it wincingly and moves out smartly. Or, he's cooking up some soup bone shat sandwich response that will result in Dan going Chernobyl. No offense Dan, I hope he choose the later because I get a kick out of reading your verbal bitch slaps.

You really shouldn't bottle things up. It's not good for you. Tell us what you really think of the spineless twerp.

As to "Dan going Chernobyl," I've seen the results when Dan really wants to take somebody out. He's just having funsies here.

Dan, there have been times I've been your biggest fan and other times I could cheerfully throttle you. But in either case, you speak plainly and without regard for whether you're earning any brownie points.

That's something to admire.

::Applause:: Well done Dan.

"And since some pseudonymous blogger aka Meghan McCain's third boob has opted to highlight his own criticism to troll for comments, as they've clearly been in decline at his site, while selectively editing the text so that he whose name must not be written won't appear, aka mine, this is a perfect opportunity."

It is interesting to note that even Erick Erickson did not link to Dan's blog, although he mentioned his name. It is a fact that Dan Riehl is no big shot conservative blogger, as to the market share, and many if not most Hot Air readers(or more specifically APundit's readers over there) mayn't even have heard of some punk named Dan Riehl. If Erick had linked to Dan Riehl, i suspect APundit may be more willing to not edit that fluff part.

Moreover, although Dan Riehl acknowledges that he is in a fox hole for a political blogger, he doesn't acknowledge that his traffic and audience comments are falling away as well (as with his buddy RSMCAIN). Now lets see who is trying to get some traffic points.... First attack (in a friendly way) Erick Erickson AND Red State, then defend him after he scratches your back, and then attack APundit. Nice strategy there, but it ain't working that much as you might have expected. Your pathetic blog is still going down, maybe it is a good idea for you to take a break till the October 2010.

Well, I link you, Dan... and so does some guy named Instapundit once in awhile.

Dang Dan, and here I thought I was tough. HEH!

"At least he isn't a punk and a cheap shot artist..."

Danny,

You talkin' about the same Erick Erickson that I know? That boy LIVES and BREATHES punk and cheap shot artist.

So Erickson was wrong on this story? That's what's so right about Erickson.

So very far, far, far, Hello-Avigdor-Lieberman-Right about Erickson.

Ooooh...That's goona leave a mark Dan. But I agree completely on the anonymous thing. I've always believed in using my real name when on the net, just as I do in other public dealings.

It's too easy to be harsh and snarky when you hide behind a nom de clavier. Kinda like saying things to people over the phone that you would never dream of in person...

Seems like a bit much energy spent defending a screw-up by Erick. I didn't realize there was such hostility between Dan and APundit, How about directing more ire at the adolescent Marxist-in-chief?

Yeah, Bob Reed, you are a brave hero. Swoon.

What Erickson did was malicious.
