AH, Drudge must have crashed it. But here it is. Via the Senate GOP. The link hasn't been opening. Have to go with what was in an email for now.
WASHINGTON DC – Senate Democrats have balked at a bi-partisan meeting with the Senate Parliamentarian to discuss a rule violation that could doom the entire House reconciliation proposal.
DON STEWART, McCONNELL SPOKESMAN: “Republicans have been trying to set up a meeting with Senate Democrats since yesterday to discuss this fatal point of order but have been met with nothing but silence. We suspect Democrats are slow walking us so as to have the House vote first. Since Senate Democrats refuse to meet with us and the Parliamentarian, we’ve informed our colleagues in the House that we believe the bill they’re now considering violates the clear language of Section 310g of the Congressional Budget Act, and the entire reconciliation bill is subject to a point of order and rejection in the Senate should it pass the House.”

Good. Let's force a constitutional crisis now before this bill ever takes effect.
The 30,000 that demonstrated this weekend will be 100,000,000 voters in November.
You have no idea the retribution that is coming, Dems. It will not be swift. It will be final.

The sick evil being pureed/purveyed/served (by NYT's/AP/MSNBC/CNN/et al)... that the only thing which has held the bill up. Is merely a tiny handfull of DEM's (!). Who don't support tax dollars, being spent to abort babies. And thusly, only a wee widdle stumbling block (and besides ... some "Catholic nuns" are on board!).
And the whole freakin nation? Millions upon millions upon millions?
How quickly we rubes forgot. They wun. We lost. Get a clue. They're in charge. Go to hell. Get over it (already).
Well .. we ain't. And you f*cking freaks can't buy a clue. But come November ... we will give you one. Free. No charge (just the kind of folks we are).
At this point, one might have thought the Dem's be able to see. Know, understand. What their next move is/should be. As near most any rational person can.
But all bets are off now.
They are intent at destroying this country (having already destroyed their party). And they don't care. Not a whit. We should not underestimate their derangement (while they go a bridge marching in blackface).
My advice?
If you have any loose change janglin round .... invest in corportations who manufacture guns or ammo.
Word.

On Greta, a couple moments ago,
Pence: why is an executive order needed, if they claim the bill doesn't provide for govt. funded abortions? Ergo ... a tacit admission it does.
(but I giss that's too complex for the O-borg).

Breaking: “Fix” Bill May Not Advance In Senate
Senate Democrats Refuse Bi-partisan Meeting With Parliamentarian Until After House Votes
BACKGROUND
DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP RELEASE: “The Congressional Budget Office estimate of the health care legislation shows an increase in Social Security revenues… CBO projects that the resulting increase in wages will generate $29 billion in additional FICA contributions to the Social Security Trust Fund.” (“Health Care Reform Update,” Office of Rep. Steny Hoyer, 3/21/10)
CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET ACT: “LIMITATION ON CHANGES TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT.—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any reconciliation bill or reconciliation resolution reported pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget agreed to under section 301 or 304, or a joint resolution pursuant to section 258C of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, or any amendment thereto or conference report thereon, that contains recommendations with respect to the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance program established under title II of the Social Security Act.” (Congressional Budget Act Of 1974, Sec. 310g, P. 31)

IMO it will be best if this stinker passes, and I have no doubt that it will. If it takes a plain, "official" annulment of the Constitution "for the good of the nation" this evening or soon, the intentions of this cabal of super-rich, foreign and domestic, will materialize through the actions of their Executive and Legislative Branch agents. Their agents in the Judicial Branch will concur and the rest will be powerless and majority unwilling to resist.
But that's as good as it's going to get and tactically better than perhaps one might realize.
Clarity is always a blessing. Passing this stinker confers clarity regarding the array of stinks encumbering humanity and human values compliments of a host of demonic personalities posing as normal, the so-called "elites" John Kerry once asserted were none of them in the room where he spoke -- the Heinz heiress holding his hand.
The strategy that comes to mind is drawing an enemy forward with the appearance of victory then giving battle on ground of one's choosing, especially flank and rear. Many commanders have used it to great success through the centuries. It is one of several text-book, classic strategies and it applies especially when one's front is too weak to check an enemy's advance.
The key here, as mentioned before, is West Pointers.

I've posted this on my blog today. Sorry for the style, English is my second language.
I want my country back!
It seems like the ultra-liberals have been able to bribe and coerce enough congress-scumbags to pass the Obamacare. And as I said before, there would be hell to pay for this monstrosity. Obamacare is the very definition of unlimited government - the threat of which was forwarned by the Founding Fathers more than two centuries ago. The federal government, which is up to its neck in debt and unfunded liabilities, decided to launch the biggest entitlement of all times – the medical care for all. The spending on this new entitlement will surely dwarf many if not most of Federal programs and will make the bankruptcy of federal and state governments inevitable. The time of reckoning is at hand, brothers and sisters. Obamacare is the last breath of the liberal order – and it’s time to take back America from the party of thieves and looters.
All patriots of this nation must stand together and fight back. United we will win! There is no blue or red America anymore – there are only those that believe in America the beautiful, America the free, America the shining city on the hill – and those that believe in welfare socialism and government tyranny. Today, we fight not only for our personal well-being – but for the dignity and honor of this country, for the right to look into the eyes of our children and say – we defended this nation from the perils of socialism. In November 2010, we will answer the crucial questions of our times - are American people worthy of the efforts of the Founding Fathers? Will American people have to right to proudly say “We are Americans” – or they will forever live in infamy and indignity of welfare socialism?
I am glad that the Democratic Party passed the Rubicon. From now on, there is no coming back for the liberal elites, no talk of compromise and middle-ground. Today, it is abundantly clear that we either will live in Obama-America or America that our Founding Father envisioned. You cannot have both.
The November elections will be the most important elections in our lifetime. If you don’t vote for America in November – you don’t deserve to be called an American.
Written by a Russian immigrant who loves America and who loves freedom.

"As my colleague Tim Graham brought to my attention this morning, Newsweek is not content to let its advocacy for ObamaCare lie in the realm of biased writing. Nope, it appears the gang at Newsweek wants to help along President Obama by lampooning earnest Americans who expressed their displeasure last year at town hall meetings.
Why Newsweek chose now to roll out its photo gallery on "The Town Hall Face" now is anyone's guess, but I believe it's part of an effort by Newsweek to deride the skeptical American public ..."

Not really. Looks like it's more of a problem for Republicans. They're getting their asses handed to them by Obama - the social worker who can't manage anything and could never accomplished anything on his own.
That cliche about people loving winners, hating losers, it's true. And today Obama's the winner - big-time. Tomorrow's headlines are going to about the huge win for Obama / Pelosi / Dems on one side, huge Republican failures on the other. Then the whole 'what went wrong' dissection. And then it's finder-pointing time. Have fun, can't think of a group of people that deserve it more.
Right now, Obama's looking pretty damn golden.
Posted by: ODS Cure | Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 10:10 PM
ods... you are sadly mistaken. I posted elsewhere yesterday that if this passes that I will not celebrate because it was a garbage bill to begin with and that if it fails that I will not celebrate either as we still need changes in the health care system but that perhaps if it did fail that the 2 sides could get rid of the party politics and sit down in earnest and work for the good of the people. Both sides had some good ideas but sadly, very few are in the mess they passed today and this just muddies the waters of trying to get some good legislation so can't even consider it a good start. Jug ears may feel on top of the world now but I just feel sad for all of America, him included, even you.

A day that will live in infamy.
We will NEVER FORGET.
We will NEVER SURRENDER.
It ain't over.

"That cliche about people loving winners, hating losers, it's true."
No one loves a cheater though, and that was the only way the Democrats were able to pass the legislation, by cheating. A bribe here, a judgeship there, a promise for a fat government post after the election, a reach around for some, and some reaming rim jobs for the others. All in all, the Democrats proved through the process that the American voters cannot trust them with the reigns of power. November will bring a cleansing of the rank and file of the party. Likely before then the Supreme Court will have already gutted large swaths of the legislation such as the individual insurance mandate. Without the individual mandate, the whole bill crumbles. The preexisting conditions mandate will overwhelm the whole of the system. This will happen with enough speed that the Democrats will not be able to distance themselves from the vote and will end up outcasts for 12 to 20 years or more. Obama and the Democrats are not winners, they are cheaters, and cheaters are not popular nor welcomed.

Well now as the saying goes it is always darkest before the dawn. Right now this has passed, now we as conservatives need to just sit back and shut down. Go Gault people, crash the economy. If you run a business quietly go through and figure out who the libs are and then fire them.
If you know if someone who is a lib that you do business with, stop doing business with them. We need to just stand back and remind everyone how bad things are. A constant stream of bad news wispered in peoples ears will do wonders to make people watch their spending.

The gauntlet has been thrown. The challenge has been delivered.
YOU WILL REAP A WHIRLWIND YOU CAN ONLY BEGIN TO IMAGINE. You are no longer a viable political party. You are no longer Americans. YOU ARE TRAITORS. And we will treat you as such.
Our fight to bring this country back begins tomorrow. And it will not end until all 219 Democrats and whoever in the Senate votes for it, Obama, and this travesty are all wiped out.
We're coming for you. And we will not stop until each and every one of you are gone.

Notice how ODS cringes and starts whining when people start talking about cutting off his parasitic existence.
No more taxes equals no more ODS. And furthermore, it makes him even more of a hypocrite, given how he supports tax cheats and people who steal from the welfare system like Charles Rangel.

"That cliche about people loving winners, hating losers, it's true. And today Obama's the winner - big-time. Tomorrow's headlines are going to about the huge win for Obama / Pelosi / Dems on one side, huge Republican failures on the other."
Meanwhile, out in the real world, the details are coming to light.
Massive tax increases on business.
Massive tax increases on individuals.
Taking away peoples' choices.
But you, ODS, seem to think that companies who are facing massive increases in expenses will all go along with it "because Obama/Pelosi are winners".
You could not make more clear the difference between yourself and normal Americans if you tried. Normal Americans pay taxes and do not live off welfare. This bill does not benefit them. It will cost them their jobs. It will drive up the premiums for the health insurance they are already purchasing. It will punish them for doing well and making more money.
You and your party cannot fundamentally understand that. You think everyone in this country hates corporations like you do. You think no one in this country pays taxes because you don't. You can't see past the fatter welfare check.
And that's where your undoing has already come.

There are not going to be "elections" in 2010 ....
Make other plans.
There will be, possibly but not certainly at this time, an appearance of elections in 2010.
But real elections? Not.
Elections are sublimated violence.
The elections of NOV10 in the USA will be choreographed fraud.
Were they sublimated violence, that would be an improvement on what is coming then.
No, tyranny is here to stay in the USA and the world until West Pointers sweep it away.
It is that simple.
