The Hill brings the context - this is the base bill to which they intend to make changes. IMO most likely before you can figure them all out.
Via Twitter again:
RT @michellemalkin: RT @seanhackbarth: RT @MPOTheHill: The bill is procedural step, DOES NOT make the substantive changes yet to Sen's bill.
RT @philipaklein This actually looks like the "shell" bill Paul Ryan warned of. It's an old bill dusted off (i,e, Includes public option)
Update 3: via Twitter: RT @JennyErikson: "...shall establish a school-based health clinic program..." Will the school nurse provide abortions too? p.2048
Update 2: More via Michelle Malkin. Be in DC on Tuesday the 16th and be heard. And sign the No Reconciliation petition - top right. ->
I was told this is the Reconciliation bill. Looks like it, just checking it out. pdf.
Update: This according to a tweet from CNN. Unconfirmed, for now.
RT @thuva_m : @edhenrycnn they put back the public option in the Reconciliation bill? // what say you @LisaDCNN? i am not in front of laptop

They are labeling it the "Reconciliation Bill" on some of the gov websites, but in no way shape or form is it the actual bill that would get passed.
