Update: Only A Procedural Step: A Shell Bill? Public Option Back?? Reconciliation Bill Online?

The Hill brings the context - this is the base bill to which they intend to make changes. IMO most likely before you can figure them all out.

They are labeling it the "Reconciliation Bill" on some of the gov websites, but in no way shape or form is it the actual bill that would get passed.
