Michael W. McConnell takes a look at how Obama Care could play in the Court, should it ever get there.
While perhaps no more than a deliciously evil thought, when Obama attacked the Court at the SOTU address, Axelrod invoked Teddy Roosevelt in his defense. I went on to highlight Oliver Wendell Holmes' response to Roosevelt at the time.
... Roosevelt was more interested in favor, than justice ....
With Obama claiming the fate of his administration will be determined by the fate of Obama Care, it is fair to say that some folks on said court might not be feeling as though they owe him any favors these days. heh!

This article gives me a lot of hope. God willing this abomination will never become law, but if it does there's a very, very good chance that The Won's hubris will lead to the Supreme Court striking down this law.
I'm hoping they go further and say that ANY federal legislation must be approved by a majority of state legislatures before it becomes law under the tenth amendment.
It would be even better if they invalidated ALL existing federal laws depending on that ratification vote.

Jimbo
"... a smart, accomplished man in the White House..."
Huh?
Who?
Where?
What did he ever accomplish? Do you think "getting elected after the MSM hides your past associations and beliefs for 18 months" is evidence of great accomplishment?
Sorry, I don't see what YOU obviously think you're seeing.
I see a thin-skinned narcissist who's got a PLAN, by God, to impose Marxist theory on the United States -- by hook or by crook or by Chicago-style hardball -- despite the fact that history has REPEATEDLY shown that socialism and its ever-expanding bureaucracies lead not to Utopia but to "trickle-up poverty" and ever-more-diminished freedoms. If you WANT to live in a command-and-control society, there are plenty across the pond for you to choose from. Go; be happy.

Actually, Obama isn't a lawyer. He had to surrender his license because of malpractice.
As it turns out, he wasn't a Constitutional scholar, either -- it was a gimme position based on skin color, done solely for political reasons.
In essence, he's a complete and total failure who just happens to lack both a "Negro dialect", as the Obama Party puts it, and who can lie completely with every word out of his mouth. The perfect minority token.

I could be wrong (oh no elmo!) ... but my understanding is Chucklehead was/is GUILTY of perjury. On his bar application. And rather than face prosecution, surrendered his license.
What time is it America? ... Time to wake up and smell the traitors. Who subvert the constitution. Who stab our allies in the back. Who give comfort to our enemies.
Just say no to noseplugs. Clean up the sh*t pile stinking up DC.
