She's a Marxist totalitarian, like much of the Democratic caucus in the House.

Expel, hell - hang the traitors!

This bill needs to pass. Do it for OUR FOUNDER. Do It for Ted!

What could go wrong? http://www.inlibertyandfreedom.com/mjk.htm

End the Slaughter? I can live with that. It's for the Common Good.

This is like trying to prosecute John Yoo for expressing a legal opinion. Rep. Slaughter oversees the House Rules committee, it's her job to craft the rules by which the House works.

Her idea was to treat the reconciliation rider almost like an amendment to the Senate bill, allowing a single vote to approve both. The Senate Parliamentarian has now shot that down, ruling that you can't use reconciliation to amend law that isn't already law.

Time to move on to the next battle: keeping Stupak and other conservative Democrats from voting for the Senate bill.

And now we have a living, breathing example of why the 2nd Amendment came right after the 1st. Sooner or later, we we're going to need it.

Louise is 80 years old and has been in Congress for 23 years. She survives by holding a gerrymandered seat that somehow includes the hearts of both the City of Buffalo and the City of Rochester as well as a long stretch of nearly unpopulated countryside in between. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/findyourreps.xpd?state=NY&district=28

She is supported with union money, and Harris Corp, a prime military contractor. http://www.opensecrets.org/politicians/summary.php?type=C&cid=N00001311&newMem=N&cycle=2010

Republicans have mounted no real challenge in some time.

Having lived in upstate NY for over 20 years, she still speaks with a pronounced Texas accent. Now that is offensive.

Why stop at Slaughter?
"We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what's in it."
In a sane world that gets Pelosi's citizenship revoked until she can pass a basic civics test.

I do not see why everyone is so upset. Just imagine the conservatives using this ploy.
Think about February 2, 2013, with a newly elected Republican President, a house and senate in Republican hands, we pass a bill that allows abortions with overwhelming Democratic support. Then on February 9, 2013 we tie in our new slaughterhouse reconciliation bill that outlaws abortions, repeals Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP, Department of Education, EPA, FDA and any other federal agencies that are unconstitutional while at the same time instituting a flat tax. We also tie in a requirement that any and all new programs of those types must be voted into law with a 7/8ths super majority after being reviewed by the Supreme Court in advance for direct constitutionality.

I also have too many residents in MASS., who are wearing their dead residents teeth! CNN will have me on later for a http://www.LIVESHOT.cc to dicuss it.

Louise Slaughter and her Donk good-time buddies had better catch up on their sleep now, because they won't get a moment's peace for the rest of their miserable, pathetic political careers if they actually pass this abortion of a healthcare bill. A "long, hot summer" is coming, oh yeah.

"Everywhere I hear the sound of marching, charging feet, boy,
'Cause summer's here and the time is right for fighting in the street, boy ”

Yep, you can't spell "Democrat" without the "rat".

JC says: "And now we have a living, breathing example of why the 2nd Amendment came right after the 1st. Sooner or later, we we're going to need it."

SOONER, I say.

HERE's to the Armed Patriots Revolution!!!

Charlie Rangel needs to go too.

"The Senate Parliamentarian has now shot that down, ruling that you can't use reconciliation to amend law that isn't already law."

Funny how that seems to have already changed. The parliamentarian then came out and redefined what was meant. Now the Parliamentarian says that if the bill is written in a specific way, then it can be done like that. Apparently the Parliamentarian has some dirty laundry someone in the white house knows about and wants that dirty laundry kept secret.

There ought to be a test a prospective congressperson/senator has to take, to a) make sure they are sane; b) make sure they know the constitution; and c) make sure they don't indulge in 'tickle fights' with their staff. The founding fathers surely must be turning over in their graves.

This IDIOT Slaughter is going to get "slaughtered" at the polls in November. She's obviously not competent, but that has not been something that prohibits politicians from getting elected to Congress.
