Via The Campaign Spot: Vulnerable aka on life support. Pull the plug on every one of these bastards. Whatever it takes. More on the vote. I feel a seriously medieval mood coming on that may not go away for a while. And certainly not before November.

dead! dead! dead!*
*just in case I get a call from the secret service, I merely emmulate and pay homage to the current wh chief of staff. please note that I am not advocating sticking a knife into a table, let alone the congress critter:
"On the night after the 1996 election, "Emanuel was so angry at the president's enemies that he stood up at a celebratory dinner with colleagues from the campaign, grabbed a steak knife and began rattling off a list of betrayers, shouting 'Dead! ... Dead! ... Dead!' and plunging the knife into the table after every name."

On behalf of the people of Utah, I apologize for Jim Matheson. As penance I will work as hard as I can to see that he doesn't get re-elected. I'm not in his district (I'm in the next one over) but I have friends in his district. There's a protest scheduled outside his office tomorrow (Friday) at noon.

Add CA-11 Jerry McNerney who has suddenly become undecided because the bill doesn't go FAR ENOUGH. This is a ploy by McNerney because he's in deep trouble in my district. If he votes no, he'll parade it to win re-election, but he won't admit he wanted a bigger bill.
