Interesting. Craig Crawford, no Right wing nut job, is basically saying the same thing Andrew Breitbart has been saying. He also cited his being called a racist by Chris My leg's on fire Matthews as one of his issues.
Trying to be fair became seen as bias in the new thinking over there. But I do wish my many pals at MSNBC nothing but good things.

Even though Crawford is basically right, I can't muster too much sympathy for him.
All these years of yukking it up with various MSNBC hosts pretty much tore it for me.

I too am sick of belatedly "outraged" tools like Crawford, and sick of their self-serving valedictions.

I tend not to watch networks with smaller audiences than some of the blogs I visit, even the nonporn ones. I have no idea who this dude is or why Instpundit thinks I should care.

The reality is that FOX has ten times the viewers.
Nobody likes being on the losing team. Somehow I think NBC's new bosses over at Comcast will be quietly getting rid of this network within the next year.

i remember carl jeffers, who used to be a very frequent guest on hardball.
one day, after the approval of the iraq war had fallen, and the liklihood of finding wmds was near nil, matthews offers that he had always been a skeptic and was against the war from the inception.
jeffers, politely laughs at him, telling matthews that his perception was far from reality. {i think the other guest was fineman, who looked like the bird with a canary in his mouth}
jeffers NEVER appears on hardball, again.
(kind of an irony, in that jeffers was a true lib, had been a skeptic, and was in position to do victory laps, as he was one of the few in the media who was on record, being largely correct, in openly expressing his doubt.)

Crawford didn't leave when it mattered as a man (as any self respecting person would, Scots-Irish or not), but does so now because he got tired of tasting his own bile from self loathing at being pissed on, on national TV. He played the foil and now wants to move on to leading man. You don't have the ballz. h/t michellemalkin
