I may have to side with Alan Colmes on this one. He's never struck me as bright enough to be truly treasonous. I always viewed him as more the useful idiot type, if you ask me.
BACHMANN (On Bill Bennett’s radio show 3/18/10): Well, I’m amazed that they actually were willing to be shocked. Because for most of the time they have been, and you know, I don’t mean any disrespect, but they’ve been treason media. They haven’t been telling the whole story. Unlike the shows like yours. You’re doing that.

Well Old Skeletor was useful for years on the Hannity Show. Hannity's a bit of a braggart, but he beat Colmes like a dirty Turkish rug almost every night--and Colmes came back for more. Same result.
He is a useful idiot.

Colmes may be a useful idiot, but there's plenty of liberal media out there that continue to push this health care monstrosity that will:
-- Cost you your company health insurance plan, as the plan does nothing to control costs whatsoever and your employer will opt to pay the $750 fine rather than the thousands of dollars in premium subsidies and leave you without insurance.
-- Cost you thousands of dollars in new Medicare taxes and fees to pay for health care expansion.
-- Cost America's healthy young people billions in either expensive insurance they are mandated to buy and don't need or pay that "Existence tax" fine every year for not having insurance.
-- Cost seniors billions in reduced Medicare Advantage benefits and plans
-- Cost all of us loved ones and friends as the government will now make the final decisions on who gets covered in what plan
Hope you all enjoy shopping on the individual insurance market for you and your family. Your group coverage will be ending no matter who you work for. Don't pick the right plan? Get confused by all the choices? Too bad, it's all your responsibility now.
And the liberal media folks who are pushing this plan? They ARE traitors.

Yesterday Krauhammer described it as a "supine" press that allowed Obamacare to pass.

"Lap dog press" sums it up for me. Obama got in by bashing Bush sans cesse, and the media has been on board all the way. Look at the disparate treatment of Palin and Biden. Biden has had twice as many gaffes as Palin, but the media has made her out to be the dunce and have largely given Biden a pass. This reminds me of 1976 when Gerald Ford was hounded by the press as a clumsy idiot when in fact he was an agile athlete who could ski rings around any Democrat in Congress. But Chevy Chase and the rest of SNL wanted to boost Jimmy Carter (which Chase recently bragged about), and the lap dog media jumped on board, then we got Carter and the hostage crisis and ineffectual leadership. Note how the Iranians released the hostages right before Reagan's inauguration. There was a new sheriff in town. And there was Carter in front of the cameras, still the media darling, blubbering like a baby after Reagan succeeded where he had failed. And Reagan had not even been inaugurated as President. Some President. Yeah, Bush was the worst Republican President since Herbert Hoover, but it is time to move on. Obama needs to man up and lead the country. If the economy were booming, health care would sail through, and Obama would be compared to FDR rather than Carter.

Hey, they are the enemy. You talk about being on offense; that's one brigade we're fighting. They've acted as a sort of unelected branch of government for awhile. eg.--Gateway pundit's post on the Slaughter vote, that it's never been done before/ vs. the treason media's barrage that bills are deemed passed on a frequent basis.

Derangement. Lunacy. Truly unbelievable childlike amateurish behavior, unworthy of anyone in a position of leadership in this great nation. In absolute. There are no excuses. We're beyond blame.
It's over for Obama.
Unfortunately, it may possibly yet be three more years before they sweep up his petrified excremental remains. Likely he'll still be stinking up DC for three more years.
There is no recovery for him politically. Even if somehow someway they can stage a pyhric 'media victory'. There really is no way the health care bill will ever become the law of the land. Not gunna happen. The tide has turned. Vote or no vote. Whatever the outcome/tally [if they can scrounge around thier nethers and somehow manage to locate their pair a dangle ... and actually go on record and vote (you know, like the Constitution demands)].
Being afraid is normal and healthy. On ocassion. But being under constant attack by a foreign born, mooselimb traitor? No one signed up for this sh*t (even in their delusional ignorance). Obama's clueless. Pelosi looks like she's frying on acid (and yeah, I would know). Reid's an extra, a cardboard cutout from a 50's b&w sitcom. Disposable, replaceable (c ya .. bye).
Do not remain silent in the face of fascism.

Speak up. Speak out. Speak clearly. Do not yield. Not one f*cking millimeter. Do not back down. This your America. This is our America. Hold her close. Hold her dear. Never surrender (by Grapthar's Hammer!)
So chillin's .... what have we learned. The world's a skeery place, and getting more so every day. Watch your twelve .... please. Obama's coming in, trying to land health care ... right in the middle of this country's deck.

Teengs getting might fugly. There will be blood. How much? A little ... a lot ... depends how far over the brink Pharaoh takes us. Wait. Watch. See. Words can kill just as easily as bullets ... intolerance begets hatred. Hatred begets violence. Violence begets murder.

Generally agree, except the part at the end...
...I've always had the impression that Bennett is a Statist-Progressive Lite™ who's preferences are "moderately" to the Right of full-blown tyranny. I truly have never heard him speak passionately in libertarian terms like Reagan or Thatcher or Goldwater. Not that the guy is an evil dude.

"On Friday, Obama ordered Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to present Netanyahu with a four-part ultimatum ...
Fourth (part), Israel must agree to ... the partition of Jerusalem (including ... neighborhoods ... that are ... home to more than a half million Israelis) and the immigration of millions of hostile foreign Arabs to Israel under the rubric of the so-called 'right of return' ... ”

Only a tried and true Islamist would present/support these arguments. The'right of return' merely code. For the destruction of the state of Israel.

SCrew em.
The MSM has willfully gone alone with all the lies and distortions spewed by Owebama and congress. They have willfully turned a blind eye to what is really going on, the realities of what he is doing and the reality that Americans do.not.want any part of this.
That, Mr Riehl, is treasonous enough for me.
