From a video tip on Twitter featuring John Fund on some potential legislation coming soon to Congress.
Michelle Malkin had a report on the topic back in November. John Stossel was also on this while still with ABC.
Automatic, mandatory voter registration and tracking strikes me not only as a bureaucratic nightmare, but also ideologically unsound. I’m with John Stossel: Some people just shouldn’t be voting. Leave ‘em alone.

Besides the agreement that some people just shouldn't be voting:
Mandatory voter registration...
States without Voter ID requirements... (I live in one with LOTS of issues here!)
Fraud driving legislation?!?! NO!!!!!!
Move along, nothing to see here...

Imagine, with mandatory registration the Democrats wouldn't have to depend on fraudulent registrations and absentee ballots! All they'd have to do is "make sure" the people who hadn't made it to the polling place by closing time "have their voices heard"!
Safer than jamming an ice pick through a stack of punch cards, and easier than escorting the homeless from polling place to polling place!

The Anchoress said it months ago that the reason the dems were acting unconcerned about future elections is because they are unconcerned about future elections. THey're just going to steal them.
