What in the world is smart regarding these conflicting headlines? I'm afraid I'm missing something here.
One doesn't even need to read the stories to know this is a disaster in the making. We can't be secure in our own embassy in Yemen, but after a few finger-painting classes, these Guantanamo guys are going to shape right up?
It's absurd, if not suicidal thinking.

Maybe they are building a new prison in Yemen.

Why MSM STILL afraid (or clueless) to challenge the O administration? Or they too are still hung up on BDS - do reverse of whatever the Bush admn. would have done?

"The U.S. is worried about the spread of terrorism in Yemen, a U.S. ally and aid recipient, Brennan said, but doesn't consider the country a second front with Afghanistan and Pakistan in the fight against terrorism."
What's all this "terror" stuff ? Just because the "League of Disaster Engineers" (LoDE AKA al Qaeda) is up to generating a "human caused disaster" is no time to bring out the "terror" stuff. I'm sure the system will work just fine.

I say send them back to Yemen. Fly them over in a C-17 and drop them off, literally, from about a thousand feet. If it is Allah's will they'll survive. Just think about the story they can tell.
Just thinking out loud.
