Johnson? Never heard of him until the news was out that he endorsed the pedophile lifestyle.

Meanwhile, the Banned of Brothers list is growing.

It's a badge of honor to be one of the banned.

I'm not one of the banned but I've been one of the "WHY DO THESE CONSERVATIVE BLOGGERS LINK TO HIM" people for WELL over a year.

Jae Tea's Gateway Pundit take down of Charles Johnson is one of the best. It must drive Pony Boy nuts (especially in saying Stacy McCain is a better blogger):

And just who are “they,” anyway? Charles’ definition of “white supremacist” is proving tremendously elastic. His latest target of the epithet is the blogger and longtime journalist Robert Stacy McCain, who apparently has known several openly supremacist assholes and belonged to or said nice things about groups that have, on occasion, said something vaguely intemperate.

I never really read “the other McCain” before of late, but he’s been getting a lot of attention (good and bad) of late, so I started poking through his stuff. And I came to this conclusion:

The guy is a good blogger. Quite frankly, he’s a hell of a better blogger than Charles.

" but I've been one of the "WHY DO THESE CONSERVATIVE BLOGGERS LINK TO HIM" people for WELL over a year."

Lisa, as you probably know, Chuckles was the point blogger on the Rathergate story - he was the one who busted ol' "What's The Frequency, Kenneth" and his right-hand witch, Mary Mapes.

For a long time after that, he was one of the go-to bloggers on the right side of the Blogosphere, along with Dan, Stacy, GP, Misha, etc. (Shame I can't put myself in there, but nobody links to me, which is another story in itself. Pity. (grin))

Anyway, to answer your question, delinking in the Blogosphere is a slow, convoluted process. Even after Chuckles began to show more of his anti-Christian bigotry, no one wanted to take the time & effort to toss him off their blogrolls. Only in the last few months has the shun process really gained momentum. Misha only delinked him about three months ago - and then only after I prodded him about it.

Pretty sure you know most of this, but thought I might could be of help, anyway.

I believe the White House took after Fox News to stop Sean Hannity from reporting on this story and calling for Kevin Jennings to be fired. It worked. The meme shifted. But I am grateful GatewayPundit has championed the cause of parental rights and schools safe from 60's sex propaganda. Jennings was personally confronted with a despondent tween and his only concern was the student have safe sex lest he not enjoy it as much. Jennings must go regardless of his $600,000+ bundling for ObamACORN, or his appointment as a concession to the glbt community for Obama not supporting same sex marriage.

Schools track violence or bullying and despite the national data and student polling showing glbt issues in this regard are hardly enough to record statistically (in the face of Glsen internal identity politics reports for shakedown funding), Jennings wants to push through amendment legislation that will mandate schools track glbt specifically with a focus on gender reassignment. This will force his Glsen curriculum/propaganda into every classroom in America, K-12.

Sexualizing children in the name of one day passing gay marriage is evil. "Civil union" upsets their delicate sense of right and wrong with humanity you see. Would that they spend their efforts helping those gays swinging from a noose in Iran.

I think Chuck just does this for traffic. I never click on the link to his site. Can't remember the last time I actually read his blog. Way too much Darwinism, I could care less and that was all he was pushing. Creationist are evil blah blah blah. I don't think any parent straight or gay would want their child taught this filthy crap in school.
