Lawsuit: Taxpayers Fined As Minority Interest Groups Collide

The Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund intends to file a federal  complaint as they don't believe South Philadelphia High School has done enough to protect Asians from being attacked by black students. The school has already begun spending more money on security officers, cameras and so forth. Ultimately, it is taxpayers, not any group that gets penalized for these types of actions. At most, the responsible parties will likely receive little more than a slap on the wrist.

And that's only assuming their own special interests groups don't get involved in their defense somehow. Ultimately only the taxpayer gets penalized for portions of these alleged Civil Rights issues and tolerance of violence in our schools. How about a zero tolerance for violence instead of only sexual discrimination? Wouldn't that make more sense? I suspect not for the Left. The government would end up getting sued for not providing education for any expelled students. What a vicious circle we've created for ourselves as a society.

AN ATTORNEY with the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund yesterday said the organization will file a federal complaint against the Philadelphia School District, charging that school officials have failed to address repeated violent attacks against Asian students at South Philadelphia High School.

"The district's superintendent and principal of South Philadelphia High School allowed the racial violence at South Philadelphia to escalate to this point," attorney Cecilia Chen contended at a news conference held yesterday by Asian students and community leaders at the Asian Arts Initiative, on Vine Street near 12th.

There is a 0 tolerance on violence policy. If it was turned around, and asians had been picking on blacks, they would be placed in adult prison with a chance for parole sometime in their 40s.

The parents of the 'kids' who are doing the attacking don't pay taxes, so guess what? THEY DON'T CARE.

I have a friend that used to live there in Philly. He said that he moved back in 2003 because in many parts of the city the black gangs ruled the neighborhoods and his oldest came home from school one day and said he was never going back to school in Philly. He said he was tired of fighting and getting whipped by two or more blacks at a time.

Bad place and it looks like it is not getting any better.
