When you find you, come back to me (freedom-loving Americans) and Republicans. We welcome you with arms wide open.

Congratulations to all those who saw the light about the Democrat Party. It's not that the Republicans have figured out where they should be, but they were not driving us to destruction at warp speed like the people in DC are today.

I've got a ten-spot that says we're going to be welcoming a lot more "recovering Democrats" in coming months. To paraphrase the famous observation by Ronald Reagan (Peace Be Upon Him): "I didn't leave the Democratic Party. It left me."

At least they are leaving one party for another and not one of those politicians who cross file. That drives me crazy. A few years back the head of the democrat party in my area addressed this issue, more or less put it as a warning. Of course most didn't take him serious and still run on both tickets.

Gee, this must put the number of self-identified Republicans at ALMOST 22% now! It's a frickin' stampede! Except as far as I can tell, that red line on the chart still seems to have a downward slope, heading towards somewhere south of 20%. It seems that those Mississippi rubes switched their affiliation just in time to become part of the permanent Republican MINORITY:

Whistling past the graveyard becomes you, bobette. Especially so as you tend to dribble on yourself while doing it. Get a bib, my Gawd but you are an embarrassment. Carry on.

Yep, boob is right as usual with 2/3 of Americans disapproving of congress and only 56% saying the country is going in the wrong direction...The only answer is to stay the course. More taxes will solve everything!
