Old Shmucky Schumer must be making a joke here. These moron's bills have been failing for years. What's so different about now? Even if they pass one it always fails in the end. The Catholic Church is already getting in the game. The bill will likely slide to 2010 as it stands. And even the Washington Post is saying the damned thing costs too much.
It will drive the US toward bankruptcy. But the one and his many little nanny state collectivists want it, so it must be done!
The electorate is going to give it to many of these clowns right in the wazoo come 2010, even if Slimy Shmucky is still around scrambling for the largest television camera in the room. What I wouldn't give to wash that guy's greasy do right out of our proverbial political hair. Tell me he isn't the spitting image of the dictionary's illustration for the word schmuck? You'd find it elsewhere, but they don't allow expletives in there.
