I thought bribes of federal officials were illegal? I'd be willing to bet that the law as written would suck more money out of the pockets of poor people in the first few years than the amount that they will get from the bribe (if they get anything from the bribe).

This linked site says there is something ordinary people can do to let Congress know that there will be no reelection for anyone who votes for this theft of America.

We need to change that five million to FIFTY million and we need to do it today. Email, call, write your friends and family. Get everyone who still believes in America to send the supporters of this government takeover a pink slip.
