He is killing Rumsfeld's stupid a$$ NSPS pay system for federal employees and he has signed off on allowing FERS retirees to get credit for unused sick leave like CSRS employees do. Traditionally, Fed employees were encouraged to abuse sick leave rather than losing it. I knew guys with enough sick time to take off their final six months.

GW and Laura have nothing else to do! And just because Obama went to Camp David doesn't mean he isn't working. I would imagine he never stops! I also would expect that you will see him at Fort Hood for a memorial, but I suppose it's easier to find fault.
