2. Who let him out dressed like that?? This man should NEVER dress down. W sweating from running or working on the ranch looked way better than this. I cannot believe this is the president.

So wait -- does this mean that he is working out more and playing basketball more than before he was elected (otherwise he would have been that thin to begin with), while simultaneously working non-stop for the country?
