As far as I can tell, it all comes down to the word "virus" in quotes in one report. If someone involved said it, we need to know if it was said and what as meant by it. Until that's explained, one would think there might be an equal protections argument. That would be if a virus of some type kept someone's vote from being counted.


They have voting machines in upstate NY? We still do it on cards in NYC.
I don't trust the voting machines...the code has been proven to be hackable.

The mechanical machines are hard to rig and get away with. Stuffing paper ballot boxes? Not so much...
