Only the putrid puddles a piss, the AP (al Qaeda Propaganda) would put forth the proposition:

That Iran are/have been followers/participants/honorers of the treaty. A signature [by the Shah? (no less)], however many decades ago? Not worth the proverbial paper, it's printed on. What a load a cr*p.
