Sorry, but if Lindsey Graham can make an utter fool out of you in a Senate hearing, it ain't saying good things about your smarts, there, skippy. That would be Eric Holder we're talking about. It's a wonder Grahmnesty didn't reach back, give Barney a second bullet and tell him to arrest Holder on the spot for sheer stupidity topped-off by incompetence.
So, would such an ass-tute legal mind as Holder have enough sense to avoid conflicts of interest in his new job? And what does it say about Obama? He hired him, after all. If we ever clear away the wreckage of this fast failing, already flailing administration piece by piece, there may be no end to the amount of Windy City-infested corruption we find. It's likely so bad, we'll just sweep the whole thing out of the way, along with their party, beginning in 2010.
Michelle Malkin has the latest on Eric "Bag Man" Holder. Don't let the light catch you holding that bag, Eric. After that testimony along with these revelations, the Right may just be bagging itself a bag Holder before too long. It's a good thing I'm putting on weight. I'm going to need a bigger belt to show off the scalps within four short years. That isn't to say they're mine, exactly. I just enjoy showing them off, as we all should. The Party of Bush-Hitler Derangement Syndrome deserves some pay back, doesn't it, folks?
If you’ve been paying attention, you already know all about AG Eric Holder and his DOJ staff’s national security conflict of interest as senior partner with Covington & Burling — the prestigious Washington, D.C. law firm, which represents 17 Yemenis currently held at Gitmo.
I first mentioned it here in January and spotlighted the problem in chapter 4 of Culture of Corruption.
In fact, Holder and Covington & Burling have a lucrative niche in terrorist representation.

Most incompetent administration ever. Some people are saying Geithner is going to have to resign soon. If he does and Holder exits a few weeks later...Do we eventually get President Biden?

military tribunals=no money for democrat lawyers.
civilian courts?
let the registers ring from mountainside to mountainside.
This is actually nothing new.
When we bombed the sudanese aspirin/vx gas site, the sudanese govt sued the us and won. Greg Craig had been working for the clinton wh, but left just in time to represent the sudanese govt-if memory serves, it was a 50 million dollar payout.
it's funny that they didn't try and pawn this off as 'jobs created'.
