2 things stood out to me.

1st, the filings appear to have taken place as the "adult in the WH" was on a plane getting the hell outta Dodge for 10 days or so. Curiously, it didn't happen at 1 AM on a weekend. Probably nothing duplicitous at all, just interesting.

2nd, are there First Amendment implications in seizing a mosque? Slippery slope? Does the government start seizing Catholic churches over their advocacy for unborn children? Does the conservative Baptist church get seized over their critical sermon of a president who dawdles over a matter of American national security (not that that would ever happen!). Does a conservative administration seize the church of the right loquacious Reverend Wright over his asinine political views? Tread carefully.

tread carefully

Spoken like someone who still believes there is such a thing as the Constitution. There isn't any longer. It is just a piece of toilet paper to the leftists in control. The only worth of it to them is as a mechanism to inhibit action by their enemies.

As for the slippery slope--properties and organizations funded by our enemies have long been considered fair game regardless of whether or not they are allegedly religious or not. The real slippery slope is when we start going after mosques and imams supporting terrorists. A good example is the Falls Church mosque that ministered to both the 9/11 terrorists and Hasan. To my mind, that building should be burnt to the ground and then sown with salt.

If you had plans for a Christmas pilgrimage to the Holy Land, hope you got trip insurance.

Do not go, regardless. Rusty has the goods.
