I know Allah disapproves, but what the heck:
John Mohammed: Hey look Tim McVeigh and Mohammed Atta are here. Cool. Hey wait a second, it is kinda hot here, what is that red hot poker for, AHHHHHHH…
Nidal Hasan, guess who is next...

Maintained his innocence right to the end too, in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, and the fact that the shootings stopped right after he got collared. Took some serious stones to play that gambit.

Justice was served in this case. He will not kill again, yet we see that the authorities are continuing to contribute to the murder of other Americans by these Islamists. I have no hope that attitudes will change so long as Democrats and liberals are in power. They don't care how many Americans get murdered, esp. white Americans.

How much did it cost us to keep this creep alive since 2002? Justice needs to be swift for these lunatics.
We need new legislation. I'd call it the "Caught Red Handed Act." Any Hasan-type shooter should be extinguished immediately, on site. Law enforcement should be authorized to walk up to the wounded criminal and make the call...Is this the guy who just shot a bunch of innocent folks in front of all these witnesses? Yep.
Pop. Pop. Two in the back of the head. Instant Karma. And no legal fees.

"Any Hasan-type shooter should be extinguished immediately, on site"
...by being dropped into a vat of boiling pig fat.

Weren't there ... and well, speakin out me arse (oooh ... how diff der elmo), hopin/thinkin he was wimperin like a lil schoolgirl [from other past experience (banger getting superficial bullet wound treated in the ER, while I was in same)].
Hasan still breathing? Well, lots of ways to look at that. Lots.
That a soldier or officer could have practiced such restraint. Shows real mettle, and who our soldiers and officers really are.
Me, well ... we won't even give a hint what I wuuda dunn (I ain a cop or corporal). Safe to say his chances/odds of survival might have gone down a lil, on the betting charts.
He's done now though. Muhammed meet fork.

Elmo, I wish I had your confidence that justice will be served in this case. Had it been me, this guy would be dead...dead as hell, because he will be a hero to many in this country and around the world for what he did. And the cost of a trial, and countless appeals, will further insult the memories of our troops.

ET, you're so right. Someone shot in the midst of killing people, in front of many witnesses and probably even on camera, is not a "suspect". I'm for the Caught Red-Handed Act, but I'd rather see the perp who somehow isn't killed taken straight to a judge for sentencing. It shouldn't be up to a cop, on the spot, but a half-hour or so to accumulate the testimony and evidence, followed by the professional decision of a judge should be sufficient.

At exactly 9:11? Does someone have a particularly dark (awesome) sense of humor at that place?
Posted by: ktgreat | Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 03:19 PM
I'm coll with getting a judge involved as long as the perp is marched out back and dispensed with within hours...
"we'll give 'em a fair trial and hang 'em in the morning." Wasn't that Judge Roy Bean?
