FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- DeVore for California today responded to Carly Fiorina's claim at this morning's American Spectator Newsmaker Breakfast in Washington, D.C., in which she reportedly said, "I do not believe I differ from Chuck DeVore either fiscally or socially."

Joshua Treviño, DeVore for California Communications Director, said, "Of course Carly Fiorina desperately wants Californians to believe she's a strong, proven conservative like Chuck DeVore. She knows that only a true and tested conservative can win this primary and beat Barbara Boxer. But Fiorina's past exposes all too clearly her fundamental beliefs in big government, big spending, and liberal 'solutions.'"
