Senator Jeff Sessions weighs in on Obama's judicial nominees and other topics in this four minute video. Two minutes in, Sessions claims the House version of health care reform is DOA in the Senate. He is now the second Senator to make that pronouncement, I believe.

The "House" bill being DOA in the Senate was so obvious, we didn't need any Senators crowing about it. The problem remains what's in the Senate bill as well as all the dastardly deeds that will be done in conference.
I still believe, our only hope, is the Senate bill never comes to the floor. No matter how watered down it may get, America gets screwed in conference. Only a (slim) majority is required to pass it, and the Dims have the votes.

This is one of those bills that needs to be dead, burnt, buried, and have it's grave pissed upon before I'll rest easy.
