I saw this bit of troubling news but didn't have time to pick up on it - Pilgrim at SayAnything did:
For those of you who have never even heard of a “Special Rapporteur,” you may be surprised to find out that one has been appointed by the United Nations (UN), under a special mandate from the UN Human Rights Council (the successor to the corrupt and anti-Israel UN Commission on Human Rights), to open a probe—for the first time ever— into human rights violations by the United States because of a perception that there isn’t enough affordable public housing in urban areas.
If there's anyone who deserves to be homeless it's the UN. They need to get their corrupt noses out of our affairs.

"They need to get their corrupt noses out of our affairs."
But, that wouldn't be the obama way...
We must beg the U.N. to stay and, just like the rube with the sign on his back,
...kick us hard everyday.
Because 53% of us really, really deserve it.

And what if anything do they plan to do about it? Are they going to hold some conference to get the rest of the world to donate money for our homeless? What happened, did the rest of the world suddenly shape up?
And what exactly will be "enough" public housing? How many units do they think should be built? I'd love to know. You know where this is going right? All of those empty luxury condos...
Work is for suckers.

After seeing all the money the dems made from exploiting this issue, the UN has decided to join in on the feeding frenzy.....blood in the water, don't you know.

What hubris these UN jerks are made of. Why don't they take a look at housing in Moscow, Beijing, or the entity surrounding the White House?

Y'all should have voted for Chuck Baldwin - his goal was to take the USA out of the UN, and evict them out of NYC.

Yes!!!! Absolutely !!!!! Let us show them the door.
I will even go over to help them pack and move. Do they need donations to get the hell out? We will decrease the smell of NYC by at least half, by getting rid of these disgusting and ball less know nothings. Hell they were never on our side anyway send the to their BFF Chavez or Castro, but then thay know that won't be a good deal. What is the procedure to evict this trash?

"What is the procedure to evict this trash?"
My guess, John, is cut off the funding. All funding should be cut off for the UN and all these international welfare agencies sucking the blood of the productive part of the World. That's a good place for a new president to start, but the bloodsuckers at PBS, NES and NPR should be second on the list. No more tax money for these partisan hacks. The next place for the ax to fall should be on all the so-called community development agencies operating in every city in the nation, including many that are redundant. Billions, perhaps hundreds of billions, could be saved immediately, with no impact whatsoever on the economy, as these people are leeches living off the productive people.

I have a simpler way to get rid of them.
Just send them to Chicago to look at the monument to Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett's skills in the "affordable housing" universe.

They can either come down on the Black Messiah or beclown themselves by declaring this perfectly adequate "affordable housing". Either way, they lose.
