Pelosi/Reid: Incompetence By Design?

The only problem I see with this, is there's no plausible explanation how they intend to get away with it without facing the wrath of angry voters. I've no doubt about the liberals willingness to engage in subterfuge and ignore the voters. I have a harder time believing they'd throw themselves into the fire just to turn the country Left. These give all our money away types tend to be as selfish with their own fortunes, as they are dumb when it comes to politics.

Obama-Pelosi-Reid and other liberals are plenty out-of-touch with ordinary Americans, to be sure- but if they ever believed that such sweeping, radical legislation had public support -and that this is what people were asking for last November- then why the habitual dishonesty, broken promises for openness/bipartisanship, stealthy power-grabs, the rush towards a vote without reading the proposals....

The only explanation I can come up with for these three political survivors' end-game is that they thought that control of the WH, House, and Senate provided an opportunity to arrange semi-permanent Democratic majorities through mass amnesties of illegals, ACORN-tweaked census numbers, political intimidation Chicago-style with union thugs and Obama's planned private civilian militias, Alinskyite attacks keeping the GOP back on it's heels, muzzling of talk radio/Fox, and a concentrated effort on programing the young to produce millions of young Obots, etc.

Sounds crazy, but if you observe their actions it's hard to arrive at any other conclusion, really- they are doing all of these things, and for a reason.

I have a feeling there is going to be a massive recalculation, immediately after these governor elections.

the deeds loss is going to far larger than polling thus far. they might salvage a 'victory' in nj, where corzine wins with 40% of the vote and a 38% approval. there comes a time when there won't be a 3rd party on the ticket, and payback becomes a [female dog].

on spending alone, the dems lose 30 seats. healthcare will be another 10-20 seats.

reid is a goner. I'm sure they have a load of dirt ready to drop on either gop'er, but one unwritten rule of a smear is making sure you have at least a 50% approval. Popular people get to whine, unpopular people do not.

Pelosi has NO risk. She's safely ensconed/cocconed in one the most Far Left districts in the USA.
