What's Frankenfurters line in Rocky Horror Picture Show "Whatever happened to Proud Liberal"? THE Proud Liberal who insisted Obama will keep his word on closing Gitmo.

There are not "proud liberals" .. pragmatism reigns.

'Code Pink' rethinks its call for Afghanistan pullout
In Afghanistan, the US women's activist group finds that their Afghan counterparts want US troop presence – as well as more reconstruction.

"... but there was very little willingness to accept the costs and risks of getting it done."

Wow. That whole line sums up the liberal agenda for all time. The libs NEVER want to accept the costs and risks of anything. They'd rather the American people take care of those nasty little details.

Variation on an old Soviet joke:

"The American people have finally made a deal with Obama. He'll pretend to work and the public will pretend to pay him."

During his campaign he never said HOW he'd close gitmo. And because everyone was caught up in all of the hysteria, it seems that simply wanting it closed was good enough. So now that he can't, and he doesn't have the support to even do it, it shouldn't come as much of a shock.

Next time, do a little research and stop spotlighting the fainting college girls. Go for the worldly, credible, "I have experience and I know what I'm doing" angle.
