Dayum! Rush doesn't usually play this rough. He must be unhappy with Scarborough. Joe is what's known as a BC, or Beltway Conservative. That's a Republican who wants to grow government slower than a Democrat and convince people they can do it better.
As for Scarborough being neutered? Geez, he's in what, third or fourth seat behind Olbermann and Maddow at that network? Of course he's neutered. How else could he survive? Audio below.
Limbaugh said Scarborough was doing his "best impression of a neutered chickified moderate" when he spoke out against him.
"This can't be helpful for our political process for Limbaugh to be laughing with glee that Obama failed in Copenhagen," Limbaugh said breathlessly, imitating Scarborough.

I have to filter things out a little today. Nobel prize news and all. I am pretty protective of my brain cells and I just don't like this much bullsh** flowing over them at one time.
