Connected: The NEA, ACORN And Obama's Office Of Faith-Based Outreach

As a potential Breitbart story involving the NEA continues to simmer, connect these few simple dots to get a much larger view of just how bad this problem is.

Per Michelle Malkin, Obama played dumb as regards ACORN funding on his weekend media go round.

Now, back up and re-visit the old news surrounding Obama's Office of Faith-Based initiatives he kept fully intact and received none of the criticism Bush did. But he did two other significant things that directly connect to the NEA and ACORN stories today but didn't get much press attention.

It's been documented that he uses that initiative much in the same way he now seems to be using the NEA:

In frequent conference calls, the administration informs faith-based leaders of its policy initiatives, as when it recently asked rabbis around the country to give sermons on health-care reform during the coming high holiday season. Representatives from politically important religious groups have been appointed to a 25-member religious advisory council. The office was also involved in drafting President Obama's June speech delivered from Cairo calling for alliances with �Muslims.

... and he modified the program just enough to direct more money toward organizations just like ACORN, which was not allowed under the Bush design. But he didn't know anything about ACORN being on the public dole? Yeah, ... right. He looked at it closely enough to expand it as much as he could.

In other words, now faith based funding will go to groups like ACORN (the Association of Community Activists for Reform Now), the group that has for the last decade or so been involved in massive voter fraud all across the country.

The White House is deeply involved in the NEA scandal. It's a violation of the Hatch Act, and a continuing conspiracy is occurring inside the White House to cover up the crime.

Republicans should be demanding an independent prosecutor to investigate the crime and the cover-up.

History has proven again and again two things:

1) The White House cannot investigate itself

2) The cover-up is always worse than the original crime.
