Man, you know it's getting bad when even this evil jerk is accusing you of breaking campaign promises: over to Rusty.
Just two days after the eighth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington DC by Al Qaeda, the terrorist organization has released a new message from its leader, Osama bin Laden.
CNN offers this: I wonder what Obama will come up with to apologize to him for.
(CNN) -- An audio message purportedly from al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden has accused President Barack Obama of being unable to fulfil his election pledge to pull U.S. troops out of Iraq.

Obama's apology to Bin Laden will come when he speaks before the United Nations declaring how sorry he and his Party of Marxist Lawyers are for not completely destroying America before Bin Laden declared his own war a decade ago.

so I went looking for the text...
I figured ubl would be crowing about victories in afghanistan.
i click on the cnn article, and afghanistan isn't mentioned.
two theories:
1. the msm while anxious to filter bin laden's words on iraq into american culture, is putting filters on the covergae of afghanistan. I don't have to listen to the tape to know that we have suffered more casualties this year, thus far, than in any previous year.
2. if the tape doesn't have a broad exhortion to fight in afghanistan, based on their 'tremendous victories' this year, it is false, or very dated.
my guess is, if bin laden is alive, that his focus is almost exclusively on afghanistan.
