ACORN worker Tresa Kaelke, recently featured in a provocative video published at Andrew Breitbart's Big Government blog and also shown on Glenn Beck's Fox News show, appears to have a history of Domestic Violence. During the taped interview Kaelke claimed she shot and killed her husband. Wishful thinking, or Black Widow syndrome?
PROCEEDINGS: Document here.
ACTION CAME ON FOR OSC RE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
OSC/MOTION HELD.
TRESA MARIE KAELKE IS ENJOINED AND RESTRAINED FROM HARASS, ATTACK, STRIKE, THREATEN, ASSAULT (SEXUALLY OR OTHERWISE), HIT, FOLLOW, STALK,
MOLEST, DESTROY PERSONAL PROPERTY, DISTURB THE PEACE, KEEP UNDER SURVEILLANCE, OR BLOCK MOVEMENTS. HARASS, ATTACK, STRIKE, THREATEN, ASSAULT (SEXUALLY OR OTHERWISE), HIT, FOLLOW, STALK, MOLEST, DESTROY PERSONAL PROPERTY, DISTRUB THE PEACE, KEEP UNDER SURVEILLANCE, OR BLOCK MOVEMENTS.
Kaelke also had an arrest warrant for possession - active from 1997 up until May of 2008. Document here.
If nothing else, the American people may want some answers from Congress as to why their tax dollars would be going to an organization who employed Kaelke potentially to register voters and assist allegedly low income families in purchasing a home.
Another blog appears to prove that she in fact did meet with sitting Democrat politicians as she claimed.
Developing ... as some might say.

If it is true that she shot and killed her husband as she said, maybe they will reopen the case and she will go to prison for pre-medicated murder, based on how she explained it to them. Stupid crimnals.

Damn, people do not waste any time! the irony of all of this is that Obama’s people bragged about their internet prowess and the left as being masters of the blogiverse, one would think that with that the democratic internet Jedi council running around on the internet, someone would have sensed a disturbance in the e-force a long long time ago when it comes to all the electronic low hanging fruit that can hurt Obama.

The more I read about this the more I laugh about the Obamacons. How their their hatred of pro-life, bible and constitution-loving Americans led them to keep company with such human filth.

I read the order and see she is supposed to stay away from the Newberry Springs Senior Center.... that is something you wouldn't have to tell me twice.

I checked both the criminal and civil records for San Bernardino county earlier tonight and I found the two restraining orders, one restraining him, one protecting him (Ronald Kaelke), but the ONLY criminal case for Tresa is in 1997. Not for possession, but for driving without a license or insurance and then failure to pay the fine.

Sara,
She might not have lived in San Bernardino County at that time. Check nearby counties such as Riverside and Orange. Heck, no guarantee she was even in California then.

Apparently her marriage and divorce records are in Los Angeles.
Posted by: crosspatch | Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 02:40 AM
she's had three names.

Or it might have been a "husband" and not a husband. Maybe they were living together but not actually married.
She was apparently divorced from her first husband in Apr 1974 according to stuff in the comments of the blog Dan linked to. She remarried in 1983. So there is a 9-year period there where she wasn't married but she might have been "married".
It looks more like she was making it up, though.

"So there is a 9-year period there where she wasn't married"
At least wasn't married in a marriage recorded in Los Angeles. Might also want to look at Clark and Washoe Counties in Nevada (Las Vegas and Reno).

Even if she is just a weird nutcase, she is a weird nutcase that the Obama administration gave a public role and mucho dinero, thus making her less than harmless.
As Mrs. Peperium points out above, that is the crowd that the Obamaists prefer to the bible and gun clingers, small businessmen and generally anybody who works for a living outside of government or academia.

Why this obsession with Acorn? And why try to connect with Pres. Obamna Acorn. It is like trying to connect the horrible military supplies contractors and Halliburton unethical conduct to Bush and Bushies. And the latter is really much more horrible

Why TRY to connect Obama with ACORN? Obama worked for ACORN and the organization got him scads of voter registrations (many of which were false) and ACORN was a "partner" with the Obama administration to work on the Census -- it doesn't take "obsession" to see some connection here.

"Why this obsession with Acorn? And why try to connect with Pres. Obamna Acorn. It is like trying to connect the horrible military supplies contractors and Halliburton unethical conduct to Bush and Bushies. And the latter is really much more horrible"
Besides what Anon said, which is perfectly correct, how is it an obsession? Simply reporting on it is an obsession? Ok, becaue of your few comments here, why are you soooo obsessed with the obsession? What's YOUR problem?
I've heard the same thing about Van Jones on other blogs, why are you obsessed with a low level guy like Van? Gee, I don't know, just becaue he oversees million$ and has a lot of political power and doesn't have to report to congress?
It's funny hearing the political left cry about someone elses obsession when right there in your own post your crying about Halliburton.

"Wake up White people?!! The Blacks think they own the place." As a white person I find your comment racist and offensive. Either you are a racist or you are a troll. The fact that you mentioned Rush and put Palin/Wilson and a chimp makes me think the latter. Either way you're bad news.
And just for the record, Obama is on tape as saying that he had ties to ACORN. He was their lawyer. It's not an obsession; The MSNBC completely ignores the connection as they mostly ignore everything that might possibly be considered unfavorable to Obama.

"GoAwayBarry" - proof that the Left still loves to play the Moby game. It's about as honest as the rest of their shtick.

Spenser, don't please be a joke. Bush is gone, dude. ACORN's corruption is a product of Wade Rathke and that roadside litter that surrounds him and their parasitic philosophy.
Obama's much vaunted [cue the Chicago twang] cumooniteh organizin' experience was ACORN as he had said himself. It in not about "trying" to connect the two... it's about how the media are trying to perform a miraculous separation of these twins joined at the brain.
In other words, Spencer, Obama *is* NUTS, er, ACORN *is* in trouble. Shout and waive all you want about, oh, Ford's pardon of Nixon, whatever...
Obama *is* ACORN *is* in trouble.

Why the obsession with ACORN and the grassroot conservative's fever to counter everything Obama? Simple: This is the liberal end-game in a basically right of center nation. Obama's election is the end result of a series of unfortunate events and circumstances--NOT a real reflection of the country's true bent. As they push harder left, arguably to the point of no return (thinking is once established you can't take away 'free' health care) why wouldn't you expect your opponent to give a bigger push back?
ACORN is a conservative obsession because it's iconic in everything we fear may be coming in Obama's "new America" (remember, he's tight with them). Corruption, lawlessness, incompetence, stupidity, redistribution of wealth with a whiff of communism. ACORN is like Obama in that both pressured banks to lower credit standards for mortgages, then when the banks wanted the mortgages paid (that's how it works) THE BANKS were the greedy villains. ACORN encourages their clients not to comply with court orders. They believe houses should be free and that you and I should pay for it. It's back-door socialism/communism.
We see the stupid immoral fools on these tapes and visualize them running our local government health clinics (not too far fetched, go to any big city Post Office).
In a way, it's like a proxy war, a trial run on Obama.
It boils down to this: SURVIVAL (the chief motivator for all action). I'm smart, work hard and produce. They are not as smart and don't work as hard. They look at the fruits of my labor and feel it's not fair that I should have more fruits than they do. Thy want my fruits and conspire to have the government take them by force or threat. This is counter-productive because human nature dictates that I loose incentive to produce. Everything goes down.
I'm all for helping poor people, but not like this--I want to do it on my own terms. Just like I'd do anything for my precious daughter, buy I know that just giving her everything on a silver platter is counter productive in the end.
The opening salvo in our fight against a dark future--hence the obsession.

Perry--re your nasty comment to Dan:
On y soit qui mal y pense.
(So sorry I could not find an apt quote in 'AUSTRIAN' despite
canvassing all '57 STATES' -- now that really is stupidity
at work.)

"Why the obsession with ACORN "
Because they are a corrupt organization that is getting billions in federal, state, and local tax dollars. They are basically stealing from us and then engaging in voter fraud.
That's why.
