Man, this pervert, ex-kindergarten instructor just can't get enough. It's as if he invites it by setting me up.
Let's see. He wants with all his child-loving little black heart for Levi to tear the Palin family down. And now, he's upset at the alleged racism in Anchorage due to an assault. You'd think he'd be glad it wasn't a young man he appears to have helped raise. But it's actually much worse.
With their video camera rolling, a young white couple threw eggs at an Alaska Native man and kicked him, slinging slurs in what appears to have been a racially motivated assault, police said Thursday. During the attack, the victim held his hand out trying to shake the hands of his aggressors, police said.
Ring any bells, Jesse? Read it. Sort of a Griffin coming home party, tragic as it is.
His head tilted back, tears streaming down his face, 19-year-old Junor Douglas watched Tuesday as the mother of the Fairfield teen he murdered in 2007 choked back her own tears while talking about her son. Once or twice, Junor Douglas raised his shackled right hand to wipe the tears from his reddened eyes.
Junor Douglas was sentenced to 70 years to life in prison Tuesday for second-degree murder in the shooting death of 16-year-old Anthony Gee at a January 2007 birthday party in American Canyon.
His brother Marquis, 17, was sentenced to 20 years to life for the killing.
The three-and-a-half hour Napa Superior Court sentencing hearing was an emotion-filled forum with the victim's and defendants' loved ones alternately pleading for stiff punishment and mercy for the Douglas brothers.
As the brothers, in matching navy jail uniforms, listened only a few feet away, Kathy Jackson-Gee, the victim's mother, read a statement describing the "living nightmare" her life had become since her son was killed.
"In short, my world is destroyed," Jackson-Gee said.
Anthony Gee was at a Sweet 16 party in the garage of an American Canyon home on Jan. 27, 2007, when Junor Douglas fired several shots in the air and garage, striking the victim as he ducked. Gee died the next morning.
In arguing against leniency, Napa County District Attorney Gary Lieberstein told Judge Raymond A. Guadagni that the shooting stemmed from the brothers' "street thug mentality."
Junor and Marquis Douglas came uninvited to the party on Independence Drive. Tensions between several party-goers and crashers, including the brothers, climaxed with the shooting shortly after they were ejected from the event. Witnesses said Gee was not involved in the party tensions.
The defendants' mother, Arnetha Warrior-Griffin lashed out at District Attorney Lieberstein in her statement, accusing him of lying and using the trial to position himself for career advancement. Lieberstein raised his eyebrows while Warrior-Griffin spoke, but did not respond.
You do remember Arnetha right, Jessi. Griffin, right? Your brother Joe's wife, based upon the records I've seen. You'd think a caring guy like you would have spent more time worrying about his own family, instead of the Palin family - besides indulging young Heather in all the sex talk you bragged about, I mean. Kyle and his felonies, a sister-in-law graduated from kiting checks in Alaska to pumping out teen killers back in the hood. Sure sounds to me like Jesse has enough problems with own family instead of obsessing so much over what another one does. But, eh, maybe it was racism that allowed him to forget Arnetha so easily, so as to not mention her on his blog. Now, there's a thought.
Glass houses, Jesse. tsk tsk Didn't you learn that in your ex-kindergarten class? Or were you too fixated on something else, perhaps?
Update: Someone emailed to say Arnetha wasn't married to that Griffin, but another Griffin. I don't know. I'm only posting that which was provided by Joe Culligan at Web of Deception. Jesse can always clarify, or take it up with Culligan. In any event, as he's never shown himself to care much about the difference between rumor and fact, and I have no way of determing what's what at this point, I have no reason to suspect Jesse minds. He hasn't emailed for a correction in any event.

It seems that lack of personal responsibility runs in the family.

I'm just wondering how this has anything to do with anything? Did Griffin participate in the assault? No. Did he participate in the killing that you attempt to link him with? Not from what you have shown. Has he actually engaged in any "perversion" that could be considered illegal? Again not from what you have shown. This entire series has gone to the level of extreme stupidity and I hope that Griffin takes some sort of legal action. I am not a lawyer but it sure seems to me that you are verging on if not outright crossing into slander.

Keep it going Dan. Jesse can learn that payback's a bitch. If there was nothing wrong with it when he did it to the Palin's and then passed it off to actual mainstream media outlets, surely there's nothing wrong with your blog here.
I don't think you are in anyway implicating him in this. Seems like you're simply pointing out that perhaps his life and those in it may also be below the standard of perfection he requires of the Palin family.

Talk about guilt by association. I don't understand why you are attacking the man instead of his words. When you write hurtful things like this, do you think God is proud of you? Do you think this is the type of thing Jesus would want you to say? You are dangerously close to bearing false witness against your neighbor.

Hmmmmmm.........indeed a troubled background Dad. To think that this man has insinuated himself onto the board of the Alaska Children's Services is also curious. That bogus school and clinic are starting to look like Alaska's version of "ACORN".

Mommy the Catholic wishes to weigh in regarding Matt's comment.
Telling the truth, even if it is ugly, isn't bearing false witness. While the eighth commandment does forbid the intentional destruction of another person's reputation as a general rule, when the reputation destruction is secondary to revealing a larger and more important truth, it is licit.
Just like it's okay to remove a cancerous uterus to save the life of the mother even though it results in the unintended death of the fetus, it's the root intention that trumps the secondary consequences. The destruction of Jesse Griffin's reputation is collateral damage here. Had Jesse Griffin not violated the eighth commandment by intending fully to destroy Sarah Palin's reputation, his own reputation would not have been "aborted".

Chad,
You're a real genuis with your observations. Per haps you should apply them to the notion that Griffin would purportedly have a problem with Sarah Palin's politics. But that is rarely, if ever attacked by him. Instead, he goes on about estranged son-in-laws, her baby and husband and such. Why not run along and tel him of his misguided ways, instead of wasting my time.
I have no problem, or shame at all in showing the miscreant how it might feel to be on the other end of such deplorable tactics. As he opts to discuss her personal life and not her politics, I am simply meeting him on the ground he has chosen to fight upon. If you don't care for it, don't watch. The sound of handwringing has never seemed particularly persuasive to me.

No wonder Griffin is telling the slugs over at his site not to read any of this. He's been completely PWNED at his own game. Only instead of innuendo and smear, Riehl deals in facts.
Good job Dan, keep going till he can't show his dishonest mug anywhere.

Axelrod must be paying lower rates for trolls at present - he might even be winding down the Alaska operation. The Anchorage Daily News will probably evaporate within a year and Rachel d'Oro and Lisa Demer will get much less AP traffic.....Axelrod will be hiring outside Alaska now for astroturfing against Palin.
What is astonishing about Griffin, monger, Moore, Diva etc is that they rarely attacked Palin's politics only her person and her family so its great to see some payback and even better to hear them squeal.
What is even worse, however, was and is the total silence from the Alaska GOP while Palin was being smeared with lies and slanders. Hopefully Gov Parnell can rebuild the party into something half decent..

All of the comments made to Gryphen's posts are so hilarious. Can you believe that Gryphen wrote that Levi should run for Governor? Maybe Mayor first? Then he goes and says that Levi should write a book because he Levi knows what Gryphen knows and it would be great if he would write a book exposing everything. Well, if Gryphen knows the same information why doesn't HE write the book? And the people that are constantly writing about Trig not being Gov. Palin's son! WOW (Yes, I do call her Gov. Palin, just like Mitt Romney is called Gov. and just like Huckabee is called Gov.)
What really amazes me is that according to all of them she is inconsequential, has no future, but yet they do not seem to be able to leave her alone. You would think that if they really believed that, they would just go in their merry way and find someone else to malign.

"Dan Riehl's asslicker is here, he can save on the toilet paper now; when he is done at the john he can whistle the Adjoran pet to clean him up thoroughly."
Ladies and Gentlemen, a perfect example of the class and content of an Immoral Minority comment.
How great is it that Jesse links a Bill Maher segment saying how anyone who criticizes Obamacare is an idiot when now Huffington, Kos and all the moonbats are cursing Obama for selling out to BigPharm?
If these people are ever in charge of our health care we're doomed. They can't even co-ordinate their own lies.
Posted by: harkin | Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 06:37 AM
@harikin
Liberals have been one of the more accurate, and honest critics of Obama administration. (For instance see OpenLeft.com to get a bigger picture.)
I wonder though hat "selling out to Big Pharma" is ion some way a 'conservative' PLUS point? Maybe in their warped "pragmatist" free-market rationalization.
Anyway, liberals stand for their principles... unlike conservatives who folded and lapped along during much of the Bush era even though Bush was shredding their own 'conservative' values.
But make no mistake, when you talk about keeping their own house in order, they are united against the conservative who deal in politics of death, fear and lies (there is no disunity there with Bill Maher's message.)

And Jesse has the nerve to cast stones agains't Palin? Now that takes some balls. No wonder he's a closet homo! The peace sign hanging between his fat fold's say's it all.
Keep up the good work Dan. This bastard deserves to be called out on his lies, and if those lies pull his family into it, so be it. Thanks Dan,for reporting on already public information. No crime in that ;)

Your journalism has shown me just what sort of people the Democrat party recruits to their cause. It seems the saddest part is how easily and quickly Griffin was corrupted by money. But then liberals keep moving the bar for acceptable behaviour so is it any wonder their agents of smear are themselves so compromised? They openly cheer using people like deluded Levi, and enlist jaded souls from the porn industry to assist in a scorched earth policy. How progressive?

It's so precious to see Leftists cry so indignantly that other people would stoop so low as to descend down to their level. They usually count on using other people's values against them and figure they can go as low as they want , no one would dare follow them.
Suck it up, assholes.
Posted by: VinceP1974 | Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 08:23 PM
Man, this refrain gets tired.
Just so I understand...leftists/liberals have stooped to really low levels...so that's why conservatives/right must stoop to really low levels.
Your comeback isn't 'we are better'...it's that we too can be as lame as we accuse you of being?
At the end of the day, whether actual policies are effective or not is what matters.
Whether someone here or someone at Kos, etc. can write more profanely or attack more personally seems to be a fairly depressing contest to take part in.
But if it's any consolation...I do think many of you may be winning at that one.

Hyman,
Are you seriously equating Manson's role in Sharon Tate's murder to JGs role (non-role) in this crime?
Really?
Of course not.

Mike0sense:
"At the end of the day, whether actual policies are effective or not is what matters."
To paraphrase your hero: "That depends on the meaning of the word Effective."
Look at the stock market since 0bama's coronation. He is intellectually incapable of conceiving and executing rational economic policies. (But, with 0bama putting incompetents and tax cheats in charge of the economy, that isn't a surprise.)
Witness 0bama repeatedly lying and getting caught. ("I will close Gitmo"...except not.)
0bama has TRIPLED the budget deficit.
A democrat congressman says that Cash for Clunkers is a disaster: "The federal government has only reimbursed auto dealers for 2 percent of the claims they've submitted through the popular "cash for clunkers" program, a Pennsylvania congressman said, calling on the Obama administration to help speed up the process."
And then the 0bamateur tries to destroy the American healthcare system and make it like the Canadian & British systems which are in collapse: "The incoming president of the Canadian Medical Associationsays this country’s health-care system is sick and doctors need to develop a plan to cure it. We all agree that the system is imploding, we all agree that things are more precarious than perhaps Canadians realize,” Doig said in an interview with The Canadian Press. “We know that there must be change,” she said. “We’re all running flat out, we’re all just trying to stay ahead of the immediate day-to-day demands.”"
Sorry Mikey. Your choice for president has proven to be an incompetent bully. Stop trying to justify your gullibility and start admitting you bought a pig in a poke.
You were lied to and cheated. It happens to everyone eventually. You have a choice now: double-down on an incompetent ass and reward his dishonesty, or oppose his anti-American behavior.
Of course, you already made your choice, haven't you?
Posted by: Hyman Roth | Monday, August 17, 2009 at 11:42 AM
Hyman -
I appreciate you taking the time to point out that there's folks that have been and continue to be critical of Obama. And you even took the time to find quotes to prove it.
I know you may find this hard to believe, but there are those who have even heard criticisms of this administration from me...really, it's true!
We will just have to disagree as to who bought a pig in a poke...and when.
Maybe if I could just see the world in black&white like so many here are able to do then I could make that choice you suggest - "double-down on an incompetent ass and reward his dishonesty, or oppose his anti-American behavior".
But then I'd have to be angry all the time....and that might end up defining me and my opinions.
(As to the current health care 'debate', do I also only have 2 choices...100% goverment run universal health care or a system created by highly profiting insurance companies?
Maybe I missed an alternate plan or any ideas at all really being offered by the GOP...)
Posted by: Mike2Cents | Monday, August 17, 2009 at 12:59 PM
I think it is a good thing that someone is finally taking these lying cowards to task. It needs to happen more often. It may not be nice but that time is long gone.
Posted by: Seamus | Monday, August 17, 2009 at 04:21 PM
Mike0sense pretends that he doesn't support everything 0bama stands for as he erects yet another strawman:
"Maybe if I could just see the world in black&white like so many here are able to do...But then I'd have to be angry all the time"
Which is an outright lie. I'm not angry. I'm motivated. Just like the majority of the population.
Then Mikey tries another fabrication:
"As to the current health care 'debate', do I also only have 2 choices...100% goverment run universal health care or a system created by highly profiting insurance companies?"
Sigh. Is there anything that you won't lie about?
What "system" are you referring to? And, can you prove that "highly profiting insurance companies" (whatever those are) created it? What company? When? What was the law that established it? Oh, wait. That never happened. You are making shit up again. All you are doing is regurgitating leftist propaganda, which has no factual basis.
You see, in America, there is something called the "free market". Supply and demand exert their forces on it, and products find their own price. If something is scarce, it gets expensive (and someone tries to make more of it so that they can sell it, and the supply increases and the cost goes down).
But the free market doesn't work right when the idiots in government try to defy the laws of supply and demand. The two cities that enacted "rent control" are now the most expensive rental markets in the country. Government-run healthcare? It's a disaster in Britain and Canada.
Government-run companies? Have a read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Leyland
There's a way to lower the cost of healthcare and the cost of insurance: tort reform. But the Demorats have taken a ton of cash from the trial lawyers lobby (you might refer to them as the "highly-profiting law firms") and will not allow that gravy train of donations to stop.
How does a person automatically get smeared as "angry" for not wanting to see their healthcare system go down the toilet? Oh, wait. You are a liberal. You think it's ok to lie and make shit up.
Turn on the news, kid. The majority opposes the 0bamessiah.
Posted by: Hyman Roth | Monday, August 17, 2009 at 08:17 PM
Mike0sense tries to run interference for a fellow traveller:
"Hyman,
Are you seriously equating Manson's role in Sharon Tate's murder to JGs role (non-role) in this crime?
Really?
Of course not."
Um, yes. I did. Don't presume to speak for me. You aren't smart enough to get away with it.
Did Manson create an atmosphere and encourage a certain kind of behavior? Yeah, he did. Not having the knife in his hands didn't keep Manson out of jail.
Griffin's own words and deeds prove that he is not a wholesome and stable person. The extent of his involvement has not yet been determined, but he clearly has not provided a calm, rational environment for those around him.
