Mitch Albom of the Detroit Free Press -aside from being an authority in the sports world and accomplished author, screenwriter, playwrite, and musician- is about as left-of-center as one can be politically... or at least he was. For Mr Albom is yet another celebrity Obot who seems to have received a bit of a wake-up call upon the dawning realization that Obama's plan to spread-the-wealth does indeed include his money.

It is rather deliciously ironic that Obama's ideological and financial base, college kids and affluent, who got Obama elected by slobbering all over his smooth-talking words will be hit hardest by his hard-core grifter actions.

The affluent will lose all their wealth and prosperity as Obama taxes them into poverty.

The college kids will lose any ability to create wealth as they will be spending their prime earning years paying off the tab for party being thrown.

Hollywood though is receiving a huge corporate tax cut; I guess Big Brother needs to keep his propaganda machine in TV Land polished shiny happy.

Spielberg, Hanks, Howard, Clooney and the rest of the gang can continue onward towards helping their president destroy America
with a few well-chosen film clips and a whole lot of Hollywood celebrity Big Brother fundraisers.

This is probably the most daring column Albom has filed since he filed his eyewitness account of a game he was not at.

Albom opened his radio program today saying Obama saying the Cambridge police acted stupidly was the biggest mistake thus far of his presidency. He was complaining about tonight's beers -thinking it was wrong - and said he's weary of the whole Gates thingummy.
