Dang. You'd think people would have showed up for Biden just to catch whatever the next gaffe might be! I guess not.
Wattsburg, Pa. — Vice President Joe Biden visited a small town on the outskirts of Erie today to talk to rural folks about federal stimulus money that can be used to expand broadband access to the Internet for rural areas that typically have poor connections.
Apparently stimulus money and broadband are not all that interesting to the local folk here: Only around 100 or so people have showed up so far to hear Biden talk at noon at Seneca High School off Route 8 in Wattsburg.
The room looked so sparse that about 30 or so chairs were removed by volunteers to give the illusion of a full house.
The effect didn't exactly work.

And if this embarrassment had happened to Sarah Palin, the Obama media would have splashed this story across the evening news and on front pages everywhere. As it is , the American public will never get to know how much of a joke "Sheriff Joe" has become.

Sarah Palin goes to Auburn, New York to celebrate 50 years of Alaskan statehood and 20,000 people show up.
Biden goes to Wattsburg,PA, and maybe 100 people show up.
Yeah, that Palin creature has a long way to go, doesn't she?

Yeah, I would think about showing up to heckle him but he's not worth the time. Sarah - I'd walk over glass to hear her in person.

This is just proof that this administration really "connects" with the voters. Wait, are these the people who cling to religion and guns? Maybe he should have spoken about that. ;->
