For Obama, A Teachable Moment?

I'm pleased at seeing people stand up against Obama's huge mistake. But I'm not sure you can teach someone who knows everything. Perhaps critics will be pleasantly surprised. But that would be a first with this guy, at least for me. (item link here)

It’s starting to look like Harvard professors Henry Louis “Skip” Gates Jr. and Charles Ogletree, the Rev. Al Sharpton, and President Barack Obama picked the wrong white cop to mess with, to paraphase(sic) Skip. It’s not just that Sgt. James Crowley has a backbone.

the union heard the tape of the interaction.
they wouldn't call out a president, unless they were 100% on this.

by the fact that they haven't released it, would suggest they are offerring wiggle room for obama. if the tape hits, and obama's apology only comes afterward, he is ruined.
