Fast Eddie Rendell Linked With Spitzer's Call Girl?

Update: American Thinker had an item on it this morning. Based upon the people there I know with names on the post, they wouldn't run with it if they weren't certain. That's my sense of them, anyway.

Matt Wolking and I shared a few emails on trying to figure out who the Call Girl linked to Elliot Spitzer had in mind as her notorious Governor X. I said my guess was Gov Ed Rendell of PA based upon the facts. Those involved being able to drive to meet someone at an "out of state" restaurant and still make it back to the call girl ring's NYC apartment.

Matt stayed on the case and given the large number of hints that have now been dropped, it appears I was correct and it is Ed Rendell. Rush claimed to know who it was and there were a lot of Eagles in the state. Yeah, in between the goal lines. And his hints aren't the only ones.

Slow down Fast Eddie, the media might want a word with you on this.

Between my research, Rush, and the hints on this radio interview, I’d say the good money is on Ed Rendell, the Democratic Governor of Pennsylvania.

Well, during the interview [with Opie and Anthony], she admitted that someone she called “Governor X” employed her services at least ten times during a year-and-a-half period. She apparently wrote his name down on a piece of paper and showed it to Opie and Anthony, who then proceeded to spend the next ten minutes dropping hints that a 4-year-old could’ve deciphered.

they aren't going to show. this has been a humiliating past week for them. obama falling below 50% was the tombstone on a politcal pasting.

the difference is that while bush fell in approval, he bled out slowly, over the span of 04-06, in his second term. obama has fallen sooner, faster, and harder than ANY president. 6 months in, he is losing in afghanistan(his war), he is setting record deficits, and he hasn't really passed a single initiative. well that isn't all true...he said he was going to close gitmo, until this week. the gates disaster...just too much to list.

He's a typical tax & spend democrat taking money from the rest of the state to fund his pet projects in Filthadelphia. There's not a republican, libertarian or any other party that would claim him as theirs, and I guess it looks like that goes for the dems too, you're trying to say he's not one of you.
And for what it's worth, Obama's failures have nothing to do with Fat Eddie, he's doing a fine job of failing on his own.
