ACORN aka The Dead Voter's Society has filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania:
ACORN hopes the lawsuit will prevent criminal prosecution of its local leaders and office, which has been under investigation by Mr. Zappala’s office for eight months, said Witold Walczak, legal director for the ACLU of Pennsylvania, which is representing ACORN.

Maybe because ACORN is also about civil rights. ACORN is known for its slim tactics to raise money and careless record keeping. A friend use to work with the organization, she quit because she was pushed out of her position by a minority group. That particular office was shut down.

ACORN should face RICO charges for voter fraud, money laundering and professing non profit status
when that is clearly not the case. Political organizations are not non profits.

It's our duty to do so. And truth be told, it won't even be that hard once we decide that they have no right to flaunt the breaking of our laws.

my 'kingdom' is a little under 10 acres. I'm not dependent upon an income from employment, so there is really nothing I have to offer you, when you come to take over my tiny 'kingdom'. I have three acres available for various crops, although I only have about quarter acre of produce, right now.
you want the US so bad? take it, its yours. sorry if you have as little success as any other country. you'll never understand, but I'll say it anyway...
the success of the US is not to be found in any resource other than the character of the individuals who live here, regardless of race. The common theme? "live free or die" sums it up pretty well.
