I was fairly measured in my criticism of Scarborough. Okay, not that measured, but I tried. But there is a reality we have to face. It's going to take a lot to win back some control for conservatives, not just Republicans, in Congress. I don't believe it will happen by moderating the movement - ie selling out. And I'm not sure how much we can afford the squishes who are so anxious to do just that.
In that vein, some folks are content to bid Scarborough adieu.
Scarborough on the MSLSD TV channel comes off to me as another squishy Republican looking to beat the rats into the lifeboat. Bon voyage, Joe.
