Tell me this is a bad joke?
Gov. Deval Patrick’s free wheels for welfare recipients program is revving up despite the stalled economy, as the keys to donated cars loaded with state-funded insurance, repairs and even AAA membership are handed out to get them to work.
But the program - fueled by a funding boost despite the state’s fiscal crash - allows those who end up back on welfare to keep the cars anyway.

If we were not living in the new Obamantion, I would think this was a joke. Alas, it must be true for it is stupid.

Damn, no wonder this country is on a downturn. When you give them everything they need or want why else would someone try to do something for their self ?
You think I could get a grant for a permanent housekeeper since working all the time gives me so little time to do all the thngs that need to done around the house.
My persuit of happiness is not happy. I have to work so much that my house is out of order and it is making me very unahppy.
I will have to send off for a grant that will pay for me a housekeeper for at least 5 years. Then I can renew it. LOL
