Just a few months into his administration and we have potential nuclear conflicts brewing in TWO regions and he still throws in the "we have to control healthcare costs" line into every teleprompter statement he makes like it is responsible for all of the worlds ills!

Just forget about Obama displaying any strategic or moral clarity- Obama plans to "put the screws" to Israel.
But the Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity, and Israelis are well aware that they are not ready yet for land-for-peace... were's the precedent, Gaza?
Israel is the target of an existential threat from Iran/proxies ... and cannot afford a pollyanna, cafe-debate view like Barack thinks is so modern and cool.
I am ashamed to see our President abandon you- but Israel, you CAN handle Iran without him. Like Iraq's threat in 1983, the IDF can reduce Tehran's nuclear program to smoldering little bits.

SacTownMan, considering that North Korea first got their nukes during the Bush administration and Iran has a nuclear program and no nukes yet just like they did during the Bush administration, what is the significance of your statement supposed to be? A logical analysis of the situation could only conclude that NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. And North Korea ALWAYS finds a way to be a nuisance, no matter WHO's president.

I think the larger sentiment of skepticism is that for 8 years, dems have been blaming bush for foreign policy. The underlying assumption is that they had a better way of dealing with things.
we sent troops to afghanistan to fight the taliban, which has already moved back into pakistan.
the middle east is simmering, beyond the iran/nuke issue.

Well Bob-O the point was that by the great Xerxes focusing on his ego driven agenda domestically he is ignoring the simmering hotspots in the world.
He has obviously decided that Iran can do whatever it wants in it's quest for a bomb. He continues to show a typical liberal "screw the jews" attitude. North Korea continues to act with impunity. He seems to think that the impotent UN is some kind of higher power in the world and is able to quell these nutjobs.
It's time for him to grow some balls real soon. He needs to draw some lines instead of doing some lines! What else should we expect from an admitted coke head!
If he doesn't get off of his teleprompter crack and speak from with some real conviction we are destined for a world where the fundimentalist muslims will threaten Israel with the destruction of their state. One bomb dropped in the middle of their country will kill millions! Regardless of what he thinks he can do to control Israel he is in for a rude awakining within the year when they are forced to blast Iran back into the stone age!
I didn't even count Pak-EE-Stan in the mix but the issue remains that this President is incapable of making a decision that isn't fed to him by Uncle George and his Chicago slime machine handlers.
