I am sure that the democraps have something up their sleeves. Although it has not been mentioned I am sure that somehow someway people who do not buy a tiny car and continue to drive the older cars will have to pay more money in Ad Valorem Tax taxes when they renew their tags.
Just watch ! They will figure out a way to tax people who continue to drive older cars. They are already doing the cash for clunkers thing. A lot of the so called clunkers are not Clunkers ! If that does not work they will find another way to tax people who keep and drive their older cars. You can bet on it.
If they do this then a lot of folks will drive their cars without a new tag. They will put a fake sticker on their tag.
Everything Obama and his cronies touch, they tax.
Will they be successful in taxing soft drinks that have sugar in them ?
Will they be successful in taxing potato chips, cookies, crackers, donuts, cupcakes, twinkies and the like.
