How about Misguided Muslims, or M & Ms for short. They melt in suicide vests not in government's hands.
The Obama Administration today dropped the term “enemy combatant” to describe those held at the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and increased the legal threshold needed to detain them.
"They melt in suicide vest"
Or maybe they just had the misfortune of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Isn't "enemy combatant" a term of art? What does one call a non-uniformed, non-nation affiliated guy carrying a gun shooting at another country's soldiers?
