116/400 (Very Conservative), from the cruelly misnamed Center for American Progress.

98

109...
I love how the high score of 400 goes to uber-liberalism.

one criticism of the poll.

If a person answered 5's to every question, the ultimate in moderation, they would have a score of 200, which even the poll defines as neutral, and consistent with voters over 64.

The poll reports the average to be 209, suggesting that the conservative republicans are 48.9 pts away from the middle, while the liberal dems are 37.6 pts away from the center.

using 200 as the truest average,
the conservative gop is 39.4 away from neutral, while the dems are 47.1 pts away from neutral.

158/400 -- "conservative"; good quiz, but hard to gauge the difference between a 1 vs. 2 or 8 vs. 9 on their scale -- too granular? Anyway, I pretty much agree with my "ranking".

I am 113. Is that illegal?

105 for me, What a redneck!

"--- Your ideological score is 97/400. This makes you *extremely conservative*. The average score for Americans is 209.5. ---"

Woohoo! Go me.

57/400 Extremely Conservative.

Who knew?

62.

Yes, I rock.

Heheh! There are people even more conservative than me.

Of course, by the metric used by the CAP in their quiz, Moxie must be to the right of Attila the Hun (with a score of 41/100)

My paleo-con views that slightly mesh with "liberal" views (re: non-interventionism) probably skew me slightly "left".
