And another one bites the dust! The Obama appointee theme song.
WASHINGTON (CNN) – CNN correspondent Sanjay Gupta has withdrawn his name from consideration as the nation’s next surgeon general, opting to continue to devote time to his reporting and his medical career. Gupta will discuss his decision, and the president’s health care agenda, tonight on CNN’s Larry King Live.

The rats are jumping ship!
What, no more room under the bus!

Maybe I underestimated Gupta...maybe he withdrew because he knows that king barry will destroy the medical profession and he doesnt want to be part of it!

Matt Nesto just reported during the Larry Kudlow show that several people, among them someone up for second in command at Treasury have withdraw their nominations.

the queen song that is fitting for this admin is "under pressure". The video even has soup lines from the depression.
the problem for sanjay, aside from people calling him the next 'bobby jindal'-
the left found something he said that they found objectionable in his past built a case around it, so they could destroy his crediblity, and all that is left is a politcal corpse.
This is so like the 'crucible'-
"sanjay gupta, have you at any time said or done something that would not support ALL liberal causes at all times?
Have you ever expressed a belief that is detrimental to the cause of liberalism?"

one other point about gupta's sins-
the entire dem health care plan is based on Michael Moore's movie.
gupta disagreed with some of the content and facts, and thus came into disagreement with Moore and his supporters.
The followup question:
If limbaugh is the head of the gop, can it not be said that michael moore has even more clout within the democrat party?
limbaugh, to my knowledge, never had a nominee back out based on his voice or work.
