Fascinating. I was going to make a quick somewhat snarky post on Federer crying after losing the Australian Open until I came to comment number 16. I often like to see what I learn from comments on items I link.
15 post through and it's interesting to see that the only ones taking shots at Federer are americans. Just stating a fact. - Fauzi, KL, Malaysia
In America we cry when we win - it's as gracious as it is humble in my view. Much of the world is perfectly content to cry when they lose. I suspect if Obama and the liberals have their way, Americans will learn to cry when they lose, too.
Federer's a great player. Maybe he should consider mixed doubles ... as the female half. (misogynist snark bonus for my liberal fans)

Gee...another liberal fake and fraud! Srpinsteen pretends to be a blue collar left loon and does a deal with Walmart for the Big Bucks...when confronted by the NYT...he uses the popular liberal excuse -(aka Obamas team)--"it was a mistake", "I didnt know" blah blah blah
NEW YORK – The Boss is owning up to a mistake. In an interview with Sunday's New York Times, Bruce Springsteen says he shouldn't have made a deal with Wal-Mart. This month, the store started exclusively selling a Springsteen greatest hits CD.
Some fans were critical because Springsteen has been a longtime supporter of worker's rights, and Wal-Mart has faced criticism for its labor practices.
Springsteen told the Times that his team didn't vet the issue as closely as he should have, and that he "dropped the ball on it."
Springsteen went on to say: "It was a mistake. Our batting average is usually very good, but we missed that one. Fans will call you on that stuff, as it should be."
Springsteen released his new CD "Working on a Dream" this week and is performing the halftime show at the Super Bowl

not a big fan of either team, but if your team loses the Superbowl, you HATE the halftime performer and get ill everytime you hear them.
got to root for the cards...watching springsteen produce a gag reflux for a franchise with an enormous following is too good to pass up on.
17-7?
I know the cards can slap 14 to 28 points on a team in half easy-of course you hope that warner is scoring touchdowms for his team. Dumbest throw ever...

The p r e z should never pick one team over the other in any game, "super" or not. The referees always have in the back of their mind who he picked and makes you wonder if it has any effect, subconsciously, of course.

If people have a problem with Wal Mart then they should move on and get another damn job.
Complainers on the job are loosers and so are frigging Unions.
Brucie boy is in it for the money. He saw those dollar bills and that was all that mattered to him. He was not thinking about these groups of whiners and scumbag idiots and their causes and case against Wal Mart. That was the furtherest thing on his mind. It's all about the $.
If I was NBC I would ask for a refund after the performance tonight at half time.
What the hell was all that ?
I don't care who wins the game. I just wanted it to be kinda exciting worth watching. I think I have had that so far.
