Hmm. Looks like that's still up in the air, huh?
The U.S. Strategic Command Monday said there's no relation between the collision of two satellites over Siberia last week and the weekend shower of fireballs over Texas.
What looked like a fireball streaked across the Texas sky Sunday morning, leading many people to call authorities to report seeing falling debris.
Preliminary reports from Williamson County officials said a small aircraft went down, and then officials said it was likely space debris from two satellites crashing.

Fox News just showed a clip of it burning on the ground.

Mary,
I worked for an airline, I saw stuff like that every day. Once, when I was 7 months pregnant, we had a passenger who was getting crazier by the minute so I decided it was a good time for me to go to the ladies' room. When I returned the police were there as he had jumped over the counter and tried to strangle one of the ticket agents. That would have been me if I had not had the good sense to leave.
My daughter just emailed me from Paris, she missed her flight (for the umpteenth time) by 5 minutes. Not the flight itself but checking in before the cutoff time of 1 hour. She does it so often that she just pays the penalty and rebooks.
