How bad are things between Schwarzenegger and conservative Republicans in California? Bad enough that Arnold won't be attending a state party convention this weekend. But anti-tax man Ted Costa, who led the drive to recall Davis may have summed it up best:
"There's a village back there in Austria right now that could sure have their idiot back any time they want," he said.
