I called Claire McCaskill's office last week and asked if she was supporting the bill. They said they didn't know. I asked if they had read it. The guy on the phone laughs and said, "It's 600 pages!" That afternoon, she was talking about how important it was we pass the bill.

Why would they bother to read it now at twice the size, if they wouldn't read it before?

Did you know that anyone who did not vote for Obama or does not support his views is a domestic terrorist ??
Huh ??? Wow, that is 48 % of American voters and what about the others that just did not vote ? Are we doomed or what ?

Left-Wing Radio Host Mike Malloy: Republicans are 'Domestic Terrorists'
http://newsbusters.org/blogs/karen-hanna/2009/02/12/left-wing-radio-host-mike-malloy-republicans-are-domestic-terrorists

Libs and Dems have been calling for Senators and Representatives stand up and say no to the president and now when some of them do they scream bloody murder about them.

Sen. Harkin hasn't read it either. Then again, he's been busy planning to shut down talk radio and other free speech he can't compete with. In Western Iowa, we know Tom's quite sensitive to Rush Limbaugh for exposing that his "fighter pilot" days consisted of shuttling broken airplanes to Japan for repairs.

When you can't compete in the arena of ideas, shut it down.
