Push Republicans as we might, they are always running behind the Democrats. It took Republicans years to become the bloated, corrupt majority in Washington. The Democrat Congress has managed it in two and the Obama administration is breaking all records possibly achieving the goal in just over two weeks.
You have to hand it to them, they are good at what they do. h/t Instapundit.

I guess this means he now admits to his special rate mortgages being bribes? Oh just mistakes, I see, sure, sure.
From AP via Breitbart:
"HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - [DEMOCRATICIC] Sen. Christopher Dodd says he will refinance 2 mortgages that are subject of an ethics probe."

Sen. Dodd, will you now pay back the difference on the savings in interest you enjoyed [read bribes] from your "VIP" mortgages to that quasi-government institution that gave you the cheap loans?

It's like these guy's all just get baptised in the "Church of the One" and all of their cheating and lying ways are forgiven!
As San Fran Nan said it's "the most ethical congress in history".
Does anybody in their right mind think that Republican nominees would have received the same treatment?
Anybody had enough of that "New" style of politics yet!
The only "change" that is happening is that Americans are losing "hope" that the uncaring rich Democrats are nothing more than a bunch of socialist tax cheaters! These losers are quick to take my money to pay for their social engineering but won't pay their own fair share!
This is the freaking blind leading the blind!

From ABC:
"President Obama had a one word answer when asked today if he still supports Tom Daschle, his pick for Secretary of HHS, in light of his tax problems.
"Absolutely," the president replied.
Obama spoke briefly at the top of his meeting in the Oval Office with Republican Gov. Jim Douglas of Vermont about the need to pass the economic stimulus package, even amid some dissent.
"There are still some differences between Democrats and Republicans on the Hill, between the White House and some of the products that's been discussed on the Hill," Obama said, "But what we can't do is let very modest differences get in the way of the overall package moving forward quickly."
I wonder what our brand spanking new President considers "very modest differences" when it comes to a one trillion smackers package? A million? Nah that's peanuts. A hundred million? Nah that's trifling. A billion? Nah, he spent that much on his campaingn/inauguration. Fifty billion? Nah, that petty amount is about what he wants to "cut" from the pentagon budget. A hundred billion? Yeah, maybe. But nah, that's only about 10% of the stimulus. I give up.
Hey, it doesn't matter what it's all about, let's just get on with it right away before the recession starts to fade because of pent up demand and the economy gets better all by itself.

Republican wiggles a foot in a mens room: Economy Collapses and chicken little commits suicide
Democrats defraud the IRS of hundreds of thousands in taxes: Appointed to cabinet positions

Does anyone else notice the "change" here since Harpo "retired" again!

He's not gone Sac.......he just can't defend his chosen leader.

"You can't fight logic like that..."
"I, barack obama, will not appoint any conservative 'meanies' to my govt."
Considering the majority of obama's base don't even pay taxes, this whole 'failure to pay' thing has got to be over their heads.

been resisting saying the name, but since the can has been opened, I venture a guess that he will resurface as another poster.
I've seen koolaid drinkers in both parties, but harpo was a downright embarassment. If obama dropped a number two in his house, he would have never flushed the toilet again. Every morning his wife would be telling him to stop petting(or kissing) the president's stool.

Sorry I couldn't help myself!
I almost find myself missing the guy....not!!!
Makes me think of one of my favorite movie lines,
"poor little fella, probably kept up for the first mile or two!!"
Anybody know where it's from?

Hello, friends. Wow! Just wow! I haven't seen jharp in a few days, but I didn't want to say anything, just in case I might jinx us. But he'll be back, don't worry. He quit this site one other time, but you have to remember, liberals can't stand other liberals without getting drunk. Thus we see harpo the sot! When he sobers up, the asshat will likely return.
As for now, though...CELEBRATE, CELEBRATE...DANCE TO THE MUSIC...!!!!!!LOL.

The poster called jharp or harpo's teacher probably restricted his time on the computer in the 7th grade homeroom where he goes to school.
