Pretty sad when it falls to a 79 year old actor and former Mayor to show more guts than many a conservative blogger when it comes to telling people who can't take a joke to stuff it. As if some party comprised of candy-assed conservatives is going to convince America it really does have what it takes to lead.
London, February 27 (ANI): Acting legend Clint Eastwood , 79, apparently believes that political correctness has rendered modern society humourless, for he accuses younger generations of spending too much time trying to avoid being offensive.
The Dirty Harry star insists that he should be able to tell harmless jokes about nationality without fearing that people may brand him "a racist".

"accuses younger generations of spending too much time trying to avoid being offensive."
two points:
with the advances of feminism, there had to be an inevitable retreat of aggression in males. I'm not saying it is good or bad, there have been benefits. Which brings us to point 2:
inability to think 'offensively' removes the advantageous ability to think like an enemy. Consider two individuals pondering the possiblity of an invasion of Ukraine by Russia...
a less offensive/aggressive personality would find reasons that they, in Putin's shoes, would not do it. Their rationale becomes 'anthropomorphized'(?) upon the actions and thinking of an individual who they are incapable of understanding.
a more aggressive/offensive person, is far more likely to understand misdeeds of Putin, because they think more like he does.
Who is right?
I'll let history answer that.
